Sent reminder in plenty of time that service due. Able to book a convenient time within 1-2 weeks with Curtesy car available. Service & MOT done quickly and video of checks sent, minor problems I mentioned sorted. Cannot fault the service and Adam is always so helpful, polite & effecient

Overall experience was good
Overall experience was good. Picking up the car would have been better to have a show around the car ref buttons and all the functions. Still don’t know now after a week. Picked up the car , a full tank would be nice and this is the first time we have got a car (new) without a bunch of flowers etc. some opportunities to make things nicer would add to the buyer experience eg carpets which were chargeable .
