My 4 year old Kia E Niro had just recently had its 90000 miles service with Acorn Kia Crewe and just like the car itself everything involved with service was 5*. Including booking service, collection and return of my Kia spotlessly cleaned, detailed health check and all for a competitive price. If only all Kia Dealers were this good!

Purchased a high end vehicle via a work…
Purchased a high end vehicle via a work scheme. I was disappointed that after receiving great service from The Electric Car Scheme, Acorn provided zero communications. Once I got a delivery date, the car was delivered by a stretched individual who was asked to deliver 4 per day via train stations, he was a nice guy and tried his best but had no knowledge of the car itself. I received the basics, no car mats which is disappointing given the value. My assessment is that Acorn are trying to avoid the cost of customer service, any knowledge or advice on the car and using this service you are completely missing the dealership experience. It seems to be run on the lowest cost possible.

Friendly staff, efficient and helpful.
Only reason given 4 stars instead of 5, is I was charged to fill my washer bottle which had already been brimmed prior to leaving home. Small cost but disappointing.

Many thanks for servicing our Stonic and the MOT in Crewe. We know valeting inside and out is part of our service plan deal. When we collected the car the inside was not vacuumed very well so politely asked for it to be sorted.. We enjoyed a coffee and then a gentleman apologised and showed us back to our car. It was still disappointing and accepted it back. This Friday my husband’s Picanto will be serviced and hopefully fully vacuumed.
