Very happy with my experience with Acorn. Dropped the car in for its annual service at 8am and had it back before lunchtime. They even gave it a clean.

Very poor service kept me waiting to check a seal on my door that was cracked and when you eventually looked after two hours it only took 15 seconds to look at it. I think that was really bad service. You didn’t even have to take the car into the garage, you checked it outside so why did I wait so long? KIA PICANTO. 1.2 shadow auto market hatchback DF 74 YMM.

Exceptional Service
We bought two vehicles within a one month period. Experienced exceptional service, efficiency, knowledge and friendliness from all staff involved. A big shout out to Louis who assisted with the sale and vehicle handovers. Very good experience which will always be remembered.

Handover went well until driving home
When I realised that there was no fuel (which is included in the bill) in the car. There is also no manual. Promised reimbursement but nothing. No phone call, nothing.

The Kia on line booking system does not work
The Kia on line booking system is not aligned with that of Acorn. I booked 3 times on line only to receive a telephone days later saying i could not be accommodated on the date selected or a curtesy car was not available, when finally a date was agreed they had the car all day but missed doing the service it was in for

Fantastic service in dealing with the DS3 recall
Fantastic service in dealing with the DS3 stop drive recall. Acorn at Crewe got me back on the road quickly when I, like so many drivers, were facing the prospect of being off the road for weeks even months. They also washed my car which was unexpected given they are inundated with repairs. Great to be back on the road quickly not just for personal driving but I rely on my car for work as I advise and support cancer patients. A great big thank you Acorn. You are superstars. Hope all affected by this recall are fixed as soon as possible.
