From the very start I was treated by friendly, kind and informative staff; nothing was too much trouble.
They arranged everything from booking MOT to arranging a courtesy car, from listening to my specific needs to suggesting a range of options.

Helpful, friendly and accommodating staff . Great service. Only a slight problem and I have had 2 cars from Acorn in Crewe with the same issue ,I arranged to have the car picked up and on both occasions had other appointments to attend and had to wait an hour and a half longer than expected as the cars weren’t ready . Not a big issue but just a bit inconvenient .

All the paperwork was ready for my arrival. I was kept up to date and the mechanic finished early which was a bonus. Well run and efficient system. Far better than some of the major garages I have used in the past.

Won't use another dealership now
Louis went above and beyond to sort a car. He did the paperwork and hand over really quickly which was great as hubby didn't feel very well. Louis was so helpful compared to other dealership we looked at. Really impressed.
