Could do better…
Quick and efficient service with most items done to a great standard, unfortunately the oil wasn't checked after running and required quite a large top-up, it was fortunate that I checked because it was just over the minimum mark on the dipstick. This oversight meant I felt that I had to check the rest of the service items.

5 Star service
Picked up our new Picanto GT Line on 02/05/2025 from Acorn Kia Crewe. Chloe Tomkinson made the process easy and enjoyable with car parked outside ready.
After completing all the formalities we were taken to our car.
Unfortunately prior to leaving we noticed the vehicle did not have specifications fitted that we required and asked for as apparently not available on this model in GT Line range
However after about 30 mins Chloe and the sales team took on board the problem and rectified it to our complete satisfaction having gone above and beyond to do so now we pick up our new car early July with all specifications we wanted
Can’t thank the team enough and would like to rescind my earlier review I certainly WOULD RECOMMEND Acorn KIA Crewe to family and friends definitely a 5 Star service from the team

The desk staff where absolutely…
The desk staff where absolutely faultless from start to finish , phone calls before and after , courteous and friendly throughout 10/10 , the job itself was done in the stated time and cars been fine since 10/10 , the only complaint although it was free of charge was the so called wash and vacuum , the car was just sprayed with water bird droppings still on the side window and then left to dry in the sun so was blotchy and the only thing vacuumed was the two front mats ? Now as i say this was free so i shouldn't really complain ! but if its going to be offered as a free service it shud at least be done properly personally it would of been better left as it was before as when it dried it looked dreadful , again i know that sounds petty but i feel i have to be honest and feel this let them down a little which is a shame
