Emailed to correct my address details (my error) and received a reply straight away to say it was sorted. Order arrived promptly, item is lovely and exactly as shown in pictures, it was a 16th birthday gift and was well received by the recipient.

Item was received quickly which I appreciated, but I bought the gift wrap extra which I thought would be a bag & card, it arrived all packaged ready to gift, this is nice but not when you want to see the jewellery gift you bought, I’m glad I decided to open it, as it was poorly boxed and instead of neatly wrapped on some card it had got tangled up in the velvet pouch, I was very disappointed, I’ve since untangled chain and found alternate wrap, not necessarily the company’s fault but for a bracelet that wasn’t too cheap I had hoped for sturdy wrapped box, luckily I checked it before gifting it as it was a mess, thanks

Good luck trying to coordinate a returns on their products, even in complete compliance with their T&C's.
I received a far-fetched response about how they couldn't coordinate an exchange or a refund because the jewelry was not returned inside the little 1p plastic baggy within the jewelry box.
They even sent the jewelry back to me without the presentation box.
Will never use again.

Ordered ring for daughter’s birthday. Order email stated low stock, next day dispatch noted on website. 2 weeks on and I have received nothing. No communication from company despite me chasing several times. Every time I phone advised they are expecting the order today, now cannot get through to anyone as phone rings out and goes to voicemail! avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered watch for partners birthday, come with black marks all along the strap. Contacted company to advise and they stated that they could replace but it wouldn’t have got to me in time for partners birthday so decided to play to get it cleaned so I had to gift to give.

Beautiful Unode50 necklace
My partner bought a necklace for me from Unode50 (big leaf silver leather necklace). It was a great surprise and I love it!! So unique and special. The only thing is that it came with a gift bag but it was dismantled, so when I opened the parcel I saw the collar straight away instead of being a surprise.
