I purchased the Harry Potter essentials cotton muslin swaddles 2 pack on sale as a gift which was reduced to £8.80. The total cost at checkout was £13.75 (€16.77)

A few days later I received a message from DPD the delivery company saying I needed to pay customs fees in order for them to deliver my order or they would return it to the originator.

I have now had to pay a further €8.07 to receive the package. As the order is a very small monetary purchase I’m very disappointed that there is now a customs charge on it from the UK. I’ve paid for much higher value items in recent months (Amazon, All Saints and others) and never been charged customs on them.

I was expecting both items to be delivered together as I ordered them together, but I only received one item

I ordered the pack of two security blankets and was disappointed with the quality. There were multiple loose threads from the stitching on the satin edge and the muslin was very thin and fragile. There was a snag in the middle of one of them.
The delivery charge felt unnecessarily expensive.

Great sale, easy to see what options there are. Website very easy to navigate, products are amazing!

Lovely quality and the size is just right for a number of functions. We have use since our daughter was born. She is now 4 and relies on this product to help her feel grounded, regulated and secure.

Was due on 30 May. Shipping information indicates that the parcel has gone from the UK to Italy and back again for some reason. Still not here 4th June. I really hope this is incorrect as it's one hell of a carbon footprint otherwise.

Excellent experience. Shipping took about a week. Love the soft swaddles and muslin squares. But I would like to search on actual size of MUSLIN SQUARES and swaddles on the website. Not only the material or print.

Lovely muslins in terms of material and designs. They were obliging in offering a price match when I discovered a discrepancy online. Although the quality is generally superior to many other brands, the price still feels a touch high when not on offer/sale.
