No answer from customer service
I bought an item intending it to be a gift, filled out the gift message box, but didn't see the additional tickbox required for gift wrap/a message (it is confusing on the payment page). Having received confirmation of the item, I noticed that the price did not include the gift wrap, and wrote immediately to customer service, asking them to include the gift wrap and a message, to be charged using my card.
I had no reply at all from customer service.
The item was delivered without gift wrap, without a message, and with the full bill visible. Thanks a lot of for that. Shoddy, lazy customer service.

Amazing quality, extremely soft and beautiful patterns. Came rather quickly too.

I ordered 3 items and I only received 2. I sent 2 emails and called the customer centre number but I had no response. I still have been charged for the 3 items. Very bad first time customer experience.

Burpy bibs shrink with washing!
Bought a range of burpy bibs including both organic and essential collections. The designs are lovely and they work well for soaking up any mess from feeding. However, for the price I paid, I expected them not to shrink after washing and drying. The essentials connection shrank quite a lot, more so than the organic collection so this was very disappointing.
