Used Flux before, so thought it was a good idea to insure mg classic car. Price was ok, not the cheapest but you pay for what you get. Seems to be all sorted until I received a text message then an email saying that I hadn’t sent over relevant documents. I actually had sent them on the day that I paid for the policy. It wouldn’t have been so bad, but we were away on holiday and not ideal to receive a message mentioning ‘road traffic act’ cancellation !!! I managed to contact customer service who told me it was a glitch basically. Not the service I expected from flux to be honest.

Pity there isn't 0 stars. I informed them I have moved house which is a pretty standard thing to do in my opinion. They have sent me a bill for nearly £200 as a result. I called them up straight away and told them i want to cancel my policy and they said the cost of the address change will be taken out of the remaining funds anyway. Its an absolute disgrace being held over a barrell like this. Surely there is some sort of regulator i can go to to raise this with? When the policy is over I will 100% not be renewing with them, no chance.

Extremely helpful, Hope to keep with this company as long as we can, easy to give them a call, and they try to compare with other sites.

Excellent all round

I knew that if I told Adrian Flux exactly what insurance I wanted, that they'd be able to provide it and they did. Wasn't the cheapest insurance but it was easy to arrange and I got what I wanted. I always go to Adrian Flux for anything out of the ordinary.

Excellent service, explained everything, quote was very good and included more then other, tge fact they are onvthe end of the phone is brilliant.

The Lady was very helpful and pleasant and explained everything to me she is an accent to the company

Good advice when getting insurance explained clearly..The right product at the best price.

Just cancelled home insurance on a property that we have sold and paid £191.00 and after less than 2 months being with them are only getting back £81.00 .I don’t mind paying their fee but also to be charged more money for cancelling the policy is a joke. Told by the woman on the phone it is in their terms and conditions who honestly reads them! Funny thing is I explained to woman on phone that we had the property on the market and when it was sold I would need to cancel the policy she never said I would be charged a fee for cancellation all she said was they would work the refund out my how many months I have had the insurance.

Had a terrible experience today. Was heading down the M1 south when the Reduce Oil Level warning light came on. After googling and realising that we shouldn’t drive any further we pulled over into a SOS bay. We called Adrian Flux who advised that someone would be out within an hour. After 1 hour and 10 minutes of sitting at the side of the busy motorway, we received a call to say that no one there was prepared to pick up the job, even though it was a simple procedure of draining out some oil. Their only option was for us to be recovered to a safe place. After approximately 20 minutes a pick up lorry arrived to take us to the nearest services. No attempt was made to fix or even assess the problem. The driver, to his credit, did try to contact some local mobile mechanics to meet us at the services but no one was available. We are currently sitting in the services waiting for our local mechanic from home to make a 2 hour journey to come and help us out at a considerable cost to ourselves. Totally dismayed with the service received and would advise against taking out their breakdown cover.
