Very difficult to understand your phone call, person spoke far too quickly as though he just wanted to get on with it and little attempt to understand needs.
Arrangement fee too high for service received, £60. Will be looking around for an alternative broken when renewal due,

A complete money making op with lots of additional charges.

Be careful when taking out a policy with this company, of all the extra charges they may add on top. You have to read their T&Cs thoroughly, plus the T&Cs for the Insurance Company and the Credit Company if paying by Direct Debit. Three different companies, all with their own version of doing things differently and contradictory!

I purchased a Learner Driver policy by direct debit, with the knowledge that it can be cancelled at any time once the learner passes their driving test. The learner had passed their test within 4 months of cover, so informed Adrian Flux who said the policy needed to be cancelled but I still needed to pay for the full years premiem to the credit company, plus I had to pay over £60 in cancellation fees to Adrian Flux and the Insurer. This was on top of the £100 for broker fees for taking out a policy in the first place. It would have been cheaper to go direct to any insurer with a standard policy which I could continue after.

It would have even been easier to keep the AF policy running for the rest of the year if I was actually given that option, but I wasn't, as I was forced to cancel and to pay these extra costs to cancel, all in one go!

The whole idea of a learner policy should be flexible for when you pass.

Adrian Flux quote you cheaper for a learner policy just to hook you in, but they charge you more in the end. Isn't this misselling

It was defintely not cost effective to take out a learner policy with this company.

Adrian Flux was recommended by a friend & did not disapoint. Quick, Efficient & Knowledgeable about insurance policies. I would highly recommend. I had unusual requests that other insurance companies could not cope with.

not only did they fail to change policy to another similar car they have tried to refund money to wrong card and they have been told 3 times i have not recieved money so they prommised to send a cheque and are now denying it ?????? they havent checked anything their end suprise suprise and still claim the payed refund on a card number i dont recognise ! gasslighting time wasters im taking them to court to get my money and compensation !! usless lazy idiots dont ever use this company

I am new customer initially excellent customer service staff were excellent helpful setting my building home insurance but I don't know how helpful if any problem might accur during time covered they seem promising and I would recommend anyone one to join this company .

Adrian Flux provide great cover for non standard vehicles and the prices are really good. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and their website clear and easy to navigate. So far I’ve not found anyone to beat the premium on my T6 conversion on like for like cover.

Staff are excellent can't do enough to help you .
