Found Ryan most helpful and efficient would definitely use his services again

I found Roger to be really efficient and personable. He helped me find a better deal on my flight than originally planned. I would really recommend flying with Aerialroutes, the flight experience was very comfortable and I found it great value for money.

Ryan knows his Job, exhibits quality leadership and an excellent customer service. Have used his services in terms of buying flight tickets and have never being disappointed. There business operations is amazing, mostly when planning to travel, we just put down deposit until complete making payment and this method is an excellent I normally use. These people are total scamming lying cheats.They deliberately sell flights to people knowing that covid restrictions barred uk citizens from taking flights. Avoid them totally .

This was purely due to the experience i received from an experience and helpful adviser by the name of Roger.

I bought a ticket for usa in July government policies did not allow any flights for UK citizens i have a current esta children living there.. and told by travel agents "Were in business to sell tickets" and can use it another time would not orange voucher took £100 deposit the rest insisted on bank transfer leaving me uncovered on USA citizens and they knew this but denied it persistently
Aerialroutes are scammers and now said the ticket is only good for 9 mths keep changing the goal posts
Never go to travel Agents NO PROTECTION

I would always choose this agents because the customer service I received from Roger is fantastic.He's very patient and helpful.His customer service skills are wonderful.
