I cant fault the experience i have had…
I cant fault the experience i have had with them. I placed the order before Christmas and even with the holidays i received the ring sooner than expected.
I was kept in the loop every step of the way so ant complain.
The only bit of advice i would give is to double check engraving options if you want it as i thought i added it but didnt, but that is a minor issue.

Amazing service
I have received my platinum bridal set this morning and all I can say is just WOW. I absolutely love them. Arrived in a very sturdy box along with certificate of authenticity.

Amazing quality & service
My husband recently ordered an eternity ring as a birthday present for me. I was apprehensive at first about ordering jewellery online, but after some research into AG & Sons we proceeded with the order.
From start to finish we had first class service. I have arthritic fingers so my size was a bit large so they called to clarify my sizing and then the ring was delivered special delivery very promptly. I realised that my sizing was wrong and with no problems at all it was returned and resized and at no extra cost. My corresponding emails to & from the team were quick, efficient and professional. Such a great company & would recommend to everyone to use their service. Less not forget that the jewellery they make is outstanding and beautifull. Thank you AG & Sons. Now to think what else I can buy from you :)

Absolutely love my beautiful tanzanite and diamond heart ring. It was a wonderful surprise Christmas present from my husband. It is so sparkly and the colour of the tanzanite is amazing.
