Had a ring made by A.G & Sons to order. I ordered the wrong size and they were so helpful with resizing it and it was a quick turn around too.

I admit I had some reservations about…
I admit I had some reservations about handing over £1500 to an online company having only seen photographs of the eternity ring I might at some point receive, but my initial enquires about size and shape were answered quickly and helpfully via "live chat" so I proceeded, fingers firmly crossed that all would be well. I really needn't have worried. Over a period of less than 3 weeks I received 4 emails updating me on the status of my order from initial CAD drawings to final hallmarking. I had been informed that the ring could take up to 6 weeks to arrive when in fact it came, fully certified, in 19 days. The ring looks beautiful and I know my wife will be blown away. I cannot fault the customer service of AG and Sons and would recommend them to anybody. Thank you very much.
