Excellent product and service...Thank you!

I got my Avalon Air Fryer back in November. I love using it, but a couple a weeks ago it stop working. I called the service number and the experience was effortless. I was told to send the label from the oven a the plug end of the cord. With in a week I had a new replacement oven. I would highly recommend this company.

When I had a problem with an ice maker, the company was responsive in sending me a replacement part under warranty.

Within 24 hours of emailing the company about my ice maker that was malfunctioning they began the process of sending out a replacement unit. I have no spoken to anyone directly but the person who responded to my emails has been very professional, empathetic and attentive to my request. I have not done business with luma before but they’ve earned my future business based on the no hassle response to my ice maker under warranty.

Had a malfunction. Sent in an email and quickly got a response from Robert. He was prompt and quickly solved my problems. Great experience with them. this is the first time I've had problems with the cooler, and they helped me solve it.

Christine in customer service has provided very good service. Communication is important and she provided fast honest answers. The product that i purchased did not work properly. It was inoperative when it arrived. A new Pump should be on its way to me soon. I have to repair the Cooler myself. That's better than shipping it back. Hopefully i will have a working item soon.

Had problems with NewAir Al-100S Portable Ice Maker.
Called customer support and spoke with Jose.
I sent e-mail with copy of receipt as requested.
Talk about fast response, less than 1/2 hr.
They are going to replace the ice maker ASAP.

Very very very impressed with their customer service. Literally answered my questions immediately and helped to resolve my issue, i was very surprised on how attentive they were, you just don't see that anymore. Thank you SO much, definitely will use them again!

I purchased service parts for Luma Humidifier. Did not expect they would even had these spare parts, although they had, and they were very proactive to understand what I need and supportive to me with required information.
Finally after convenient payment delivery date is much sooner then promised. :).

I had an issue with my air fryer malfunctioning, so I contacted to company. I was quickly connected to customer service and directed to send photos and a description to a customer service email address. Within a few hours of sending the email, I received a follow up email with a few more instructions. Within one business day all of my concerns were addressed and I am being sent a new air fryer without any complications!

Needed a replacement water pump for my Luma ice maker which was a little less than a year old. It was super easy to do and the customer service representative, Jennifer, was great!!!!
