Our new Cadet wall heater installed easily and works great. Price was great through air n water. Shipping was quick. Highly recommend this company.

I have to say this is the first time I've been asked a review before I even have an experience. gave the benefit of he doubt with 3 Stars, however, can't say for sure with out the experience. Might consider a change in how the reviews are done.

Web site is awesome and they really have good prices. I have purchase a couple high ticket items (cigar wineador (x2))the prices are great, customer service is also exceptional as well as the shipping. the one thing that sucks is they have this web site review page that you can't get out of.

Was not thrilled with my 1st experience dealing with you company. Not what I expected from a Google trusted site. Made purchase, never received any type of info on when item was shipping. So I contacted customer service twice. Both time I got the same generic response about how it takes five working days to ship. That's fine, except I received the package the day I sent the email. I just cant believe no one would actually take a second to look up the order and let me know it has shipped and send me a tracking number. Rather I'm left wondering if my package would make it to me on time for Christmas or if I would have to cancel my order and buy locally as to have it on time. Just overall really poor customer service and commination. Wont buy from again!

Good, friendly customer service. A week after ordering, I'd never received my shipping tracking info email and was concerned that my order would not arrive by Christmas. The customer support representative not only was very friendly and helpful but she remembered talking to me previously when I placed the order, (she talks to lots of people every day so that was a special bonus) then quickly found my order, verified its arrival date and sent me an email with my tracking number. Which should arrive before Christmas, Thanks!

First time purchase of a DR968. I have heard and read so many positive reviews, that I decided to give it a try. I have spent a fortune on various space heaters and none of them really lived up to my expectations. I'm hoping this one will, and it does seem to be what it is claimed to be.
