THE FRYER LOOKS GREAT AND THE DELIVERY WAS VERY FAST.

My package was delivered by FedEx ... POOR POOR SERVICE. My package was delivered to the wrong address. I finally received my package. Would use the company but I would request a different delivery service.

great product and no delivery or odering hassels

We have only had it for 24 hours, but is already exceeding my expectations. It makes ice quickly and takes the place of a Maytag referator ice maker which broke in just one year. The frig repair person told us that it couldn't be repaired and if we replaced it, the replacement unit would soon fail due to a design flaw. Instead of spending a huge amount of $ to replace it, we opted to buy the Air N- water ice maker. Beware of Maytag refrigerators!

Well worth the reasonable cost...

I was very impressed with the service given by AirN-water. I returned the product when it didn't work out as planned. I was immediately given a return number and postage paid label. As soon as the product was returned, I received a full refund.
This is the way a business should be run. Kudos! I will definitely be ordering again from them.

The heater I purchased does an excellent job of keeping my garage warm. I am pleased with the quickness it heats up. The customer service was quick to address my concerns about a remote control. It was handled quickly and too my satisfaction.

I just purchased a cover for my new Napoleon Grill. It hasn't arrived yet but the customer service from Air n Water was exceptional. They did not have the product on their website but when I called to inquire they actually called the manufacturer and ordered one for me through their site and at a great price. Well above and beyond what most companies would do. Great customer service!

Christine stuck to her word and called me back promptly with the answer to my question. Great Customer Service Christine.

We bought two of these as gifts for friends of ours. About six months after purchase, one of the machines would not auto stop when filled with ice. A month or so later, it just quit altogether. Because it was easier for us to handle the problem, we called Air & Water. In ten minutes, I had an RMA number and mailing label to return the machine for repair.

After about two weeks, the machine got there, was repaired, and returned to us. Unfortunately, the machine still would not stop making ice. Rather than doing the back and forth thing again, we were pretty firm in our belief we had a bum machine. Air & Water agreed and sent a new replacement. New. Not refurbished. New.

My friends go their machine back and they and we are happy campers. Literally. We all are full time RVers. :)

Yes, you gotta make good products but if your customer service blows, I don't care who you are and what you make or sell, you'll never have or keep my business. These guys do it right. Thanks to Mike M., customer service.

I was looking for a hand crank flashlight and was taken to the air n water website. I got the help I needed from Vincent who not only knows the items but was very curtious & professional. He followed up with my order a couple of times to make sure it would be recieved in the time frame we needed. I will be using this business for future needs. I am 1 satisfied customer and will recommend them to family & friends.

I am a repeat customer - this is the third time I have purchased a water cooler from Air & Water. Vincent helped me place my order, he was very courteous and helpful. I bought the Clover D7A Hot and Cold Bottleless Water Dispenser each time, they are all going strong - I am very happy with them. It’s great to not have to deal with changing water bottles.

I had been looking for a Napoleon Grill for some time and went to Napoleon's website for authorized online retailers. I came across Air-N-Water and was not disappointed. I ended up purchasing the Napoleon M730RSBINSS-2 Mirage Gas Grill with Rear Infrared Burner. Christine answered all of my questions regarding my order and helped me place the order online. There was some slight confusion on what was included from the manufacturer but Christine was quick to resolve it. All in all in was a very good experience dealing with Air-N-Water and the pricing for my grill was better than all of the other online retailers.
