Had to make a additional payment very friendly

I purchased an air conditioner from Air N Water and the first one arrived with insufficient packaging from their supplier. I sent them an e-mail and Mike M responded quickly, he then contacted the supplier who agreed based on my pictures that it was not my fault and sent a replacement and a paid return label without charging me for the second unit. I am so happy with the replacement that I have already recommended this company to several friends and one person in the hardware store that was purchasing the type of unit that I was replacing because it did not work well. Although there was a problem in the beginning it was handled quickly and professionally. I would absolutely use this company again and may if I decide to add a second unit to a different room.

Now I know what the M stands for... Magnificent! Mike M the Magnificent was my contact with my purchase from beginning to end and it was a great experience. I purchased a washer that turned out to be not what I was looking for and Mike M helped me with the entire process from start to complete refunded return. He was a pleasure to communicate with and was so helpful that he even emailed me the return label. I can not say enough about how easy he made it all. Great customer service skills!!! Would highly recommend this company!!

Christine helped us with ordering our reversible fan on June 11, 2014. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant:) We will definitely use this site again due to the great service and friendliness of your employee. Believe me there are some very rude people out there but Christine is not one of them. I was a manager withe the state of Michigan and I would have valued that personality that she portrays. I have ordered two items from this company. The first item was a water cooler for our office. I received tracking info and an emailed receipt within 10 minutes of ordering. When the cooler arrived we installed it and it did not work correctly. Thinking it was going to be a hassle to get help with this I called Air N Waters customer service number. Within five minutes my customer service rep Mike had another set to be shipped and the paperwork completed for returning the first water cooler. They could not have been more helpful or accommodating! The second item I ordered was a portable air conditioner and it is shipping currently. Anytime I have called this company I have spoken with a person almost immediately and they were very knowledgeable about the products.

Our portable ice maker quit working so I went online and found this company to order one...I compared and read about quite a few portable ice makers and decided on this one...it had features just a bit better than most I read about... some how by accident I ordered or got charged for two machines on my Visa.. I immediately called and the gal I talked to was so kind and helpful..she took care of it right away and said she would credit my account in a few days..I can't wait until my ice maker comes as summer is coming and I will need it when we go camping in our RV...this is a reputable company so don't be afraid to order from them..

Air-N-Water is a great company. I have been purchasing from this site for several years now. The first item I order had a manufacture defect and they replaced it without any hassle. They paid the return shipping and the turn around time was quick. They have the best customer service and they stand behind their products. That is why I keep coming back.
