Purchased the NewAir AB-1200 Beverage refrigerator as a gift for my husband and needed it to be delivered on a certain date. Mike M. went out of his way to secure the delivery in a timely fashion.

I experienced issues with an Avalon Bay portable ice maker and the unit was still under warranty.

I sent an email as instructed in the booklet that came with the unit and did not receive a response.

I then called and reached Mike and he went above and beyond to send me a replacement unit, return mailing labels, have FedEx come and pick the defective unit to return it. Explained that he had to charge my card for the cost of the new unit, but that when the defective one was received and worked on, the charge would be refunded to me minus one way shipping.

Mike is an excellent asset to Air N-water and as I have expressed to him, I thank both you and he for his excellence.

I contacted Air-N-Water about an ice machine I had purchased in Oct. 2014 by
responding on the original email sent to me confirming my order. I received an immediate response from Kenia and given a Customer Service number to call by. I spoke to a young lady when I called who was very professional and very eager to help, She reviewed my purchase order and then took me step by step to start the return process. I received the return shipping information by email. I received the replacement as noted in my email and that it would arrive before I returned the defective unit. This was the 2nd ice maker I had bought in the last 15 months. The first ice maker was not from Air-N-Water and when I contacted that company, I was told they could not help me. I could send it back for repair at my expense and pay for the parts. I had that unit 11 months. I have read other reviews about the excellent customer service at Air-N-Water and standing behind their items sold, but what is just as important is how the employees communicate with their costumers. I called very upset at the fact I lost Appx $1000.00 worth of wine. I had a thermogenic wine frig that I stored collector wines. One of the sides went out and the wine got to 85 degrees for who knows how long. The fans went out. Mike educated me on compressor wine frigs and directed me to one that would fit my needs. He listened with a calm demeanor and was genuine in wanting to help me. I was calm when our call ended. I ordered a wine frig for a very reasonable cost that I believe will suit my needs. And with free shipping in 2 days! I would definitely recommend this company to others.

The best customer service. I can honestly say this is the best customer service. I've been in customer service over 40 years and Mike was excellent. He listened to my problem and had it resolved very quickly. I'm very impressed by this companies policy and will definitely be purchasing more products from them.

A couple of weeks ago I was searching the internet for a small portable washer and dryer that I can just hook on my faucet and wash my clothes. I ran across the Haier washer and wanted to order it. I was skeptical because my account has recently been hacked while shopping online. I called the number on the site and was transferred to Mike M. He was knowledgeable about product specific information, and told me where it was being shipped from and also the estimated arrival date and time. I have not received the product yet and I will write another review once I receive and use the product. Mike M was very helpful and provided all the information I needed to make a decision to order.

I've added a shower filter to all of my shower heads. I have a well with a very good treatment system attached. It amazes me when I change out these shower filters how much additional debris it's trapping. It's nice to feel that the water I'm washing my hair and bathing with is clean! ☺️

I have called several times this past week because my order had not shown up online under recent orders. I was assured it had been order. When I called this evening Mike did some detective work, made another phone call, and the associate that AIR/WATER had emailed had never r5eceived the email. Mike went way out of his way to ensure I would receive my product. He was one of the best customer service people ever!!

My experience with customer service and the solution to the problem was

I called the customer service number at Air N-water to verify the status of my order and was impressed with the courteous, professional response provided to me by Christine.

At Air & Water , The Customer service is Great ! The People I had to deal with made me feel comfortable, And That the Issues I had , Would be corrected .
Mike and the Lori ( ? , I cannot remember her name) , Assured me that the order would be sent and corrected .

I enjoyed speaking with Christine today who helped me select an evaporative cooler to suit my needs. She was courteous and thorough and demonstrated full knowledge of the companies product line. I am looking forward to delivery of the cooler, and expect that it will work as described.

We ordered a Pedestal Humidifier. Christine in sales was more than helpful, really great service. The product was great except in had a damage, stain on the top. Christine sent our issue to the returns dept. and Mike worked with us, We could return the init for another or keep this one and he would issue a partial credit. After much thought, we decided to keep the init rther than go thru the hastle of packing it up, shipping, etc. VERY good service by both Christine and Mike. We would positively oeder from Air N-Water again.

My wall mounted fireplace arrived and it had some damage, plus it was a little too large for my room. I called Air and Water and spoke to Christine, she was great, no questions asked, I am sending the original fireplace back, and they are sending me another model. I was very happy with the service I received, and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks

Mike was so helpful through this process. I was worried it would be a nightmare to get my ice machine repaired but he made the whole process really smooth! Thank you Mike!
