Trust the brand and it's products. Their customer service has always been helpful even when I'm outside of warranty. I had an issue where I actually damaged the product and they helped me get parts for it so that I could repair it on my own instead of having to buy a new product!

Elijah was very helpful. My wine cooler is out of warranty and he could have very easily walked away from the conversation but didn’t. Follow up was great, questions answered, everything went better than expected.

Never received shipping info, called and the said item wont be in stock for 6 weeks for portable a/c unit. Noticed on website, they changed description from dual hose to single hose. talked and sent manager a screen shot - got back to me and said new items will be single hose... not dual. No explanation why no one is told of changed. Corporate then send a letter that item won't be in stock for 2 1/2 months with NO disclosure that they won't be sending the same a/c unit that was sold. Only found ound out due to my own persistence. they offered my a dual hose ac for almost double the price I paid. Really???? Not on the up and up. i was charged immediately upon ordering - not when shipped. requested refund .

Received my ice maker but unfortunately it was the second package left during the week by Federal Express at the neighbors even after I had called Federal Express with details on this. I would advise a different deliverer. Plugged the ice maker in and have used it for one day. Not sure if there are some minor bugs in the control panel. For one thing, the power light continuously blinks on and off when I have turned it completely off. Unusual to say the least. Also in turning this on and putting water in the compartment, after selecting the ice size, that light would go off and the "ice full" red light would come on. Later during the day it seemed to kick on and make ice. I am reserving my opinion at this time and this product and company.

You advertised this ice maker for $ 64.00. When I got ready to order it. The actual price was $189 .00. What a scam as well as false advertisement. I would like your company to notify me and honor you advertised price.

I had no real opinion of Air & Water previously but was "forced" to fabricate one:

Air & Water came up as a possible seller of a product with a low price sans shipping listed. I was "forced" to respond to a survey before even being able to view the product, a microwave, that I wanted to investigate further.

I notified vendor, Air & Water, of scenario. They responded promptly with courtesy, professionalism, and remedy. If they respond to and resolve other matters in similar fashion taking all variables into account, they have demonstrated to me that they can be reliable, dependable, responsive, prompt, courteous, and professional. The kind of customer service, one looks for, respects, and appreciates.

trying to read about a appliance on your site is beyond frustrating because the trust pilot review page pops up every time I go to read more about a product. pop up blocker does nothing. If I click back-I am redirected to page with appliances on it-NOT the page with information about specific appliance. poorly done. moving on to new site.

If you want an honest review plz let me go to the website first

Don't waste my time while I'm in the middle of looking at an item, you fools! Why not send an email after a purchase has been made, then the customer can actually talk about their purchasing experience, instead of being redirecting to this stupid review site while I'm trying to browse through the air-n-water website.
