The company took my money for meet and greet parking at Manchester Airport. They never turned up. Refund hasnt happened. Customer service do not answer the phone and emails aren't answered

Truly awful, do not use under any circumstances
Truly awful, I am quite frankly beyond words with how disgusted I am. They operate under the name of Enigma Parking Limited. Incompetent, dishonest, late and washed their hands of us. It took an hour to arrive for drop off, I ended leaving the keys in the car or I would I have missed my flight. On arrival back at T5, it got much worse. They said an hour to drop off the car, but then called after an hour to say the car couldn't be started due to a flat battery. They didn't have a starter pack (pretty essential for a company delaing with cars), after 10 minutes trying to talk the person through how to use the one I had in the car they gave up and said I would have to call their management. Then after calling them back they said I had to get myself to their car park (which was 6 miles away in a dodgy looking cark park in Langley by the railway line). We took an Uber home (£67, the same price as this bunch of charlatans; thankfully we live 30 minutes from home, it would have been a disaster if we lived hundreds of miles away). We then drove back with my wife where the car was, they had left the keys on the front tyre. It's an automatic car and won't start unless it is in the "park" setting which it wasn't so no wonder they could get it started. .
Enigma Parking Ltd-DO NOT USE
Enigma Parking Ltd-DO NOT USE
I used Enigma parking services from 25th March to 21 April which was advertised on EzyBooking as PARKTIME Ltd. I should say it was one of the horrible services I have used with ridiculous amount of waiting times (1:30Hr on Departure and 1:30Hr on Arrival). I finally handed back the car at 07:30AM on 25th. On my return I received a parking notice from APCOA for not paying a parking charge when the car has entered the airport at 13:08 on 25th of March. This clearly states that the car was misused after I dropped it of at 07:32AM. The fuel tank was nearly half a tank when I dropped off and when delivered back it was emptied and had less than 20Miles left on it. The car was filled with rubbish and was smoked inside. EzyBook agent was of no help and I was told my car was with another agent and do not have anything to do with the company (Small print). My parking confirmation said the booking was with PARKTIME Ltd, but on arrival I was advised it was with ENIGMA!! No Uniforms, no responsibility. If you value your money, time and car then better not use this service-Nothing like advertised. This company maybe struck off and will pop up with another name so look out. Better pay a little more and use a better service with little stress.
Scum Bags!
Scum Bags!
I can't believe this company are allowed to operate, its taken me a while to find out that they are actually called Enigma. I found them on 'wecompareairportparking' where they are called 'We Park Heathrow' it was only when I complained about our experience to the comparison site that they gave me the company name!
We had parking parking booked via 'Wecompareairportparking' site at Heathrow Terminal 5 from 31st March to 14th April.
We followed the instructions on the email and phoned the number on the email to let them know we were half an hour away from Heathrow they said they would meet us there.
We arrived at the airport around 5pm as booked by 6pm the driver still hadn’t arrived and after multiple calls said they had been stuck in traffic. By 6:30pm we had to make a decision of what to do as we were in danger of missing our flight.
The person on the phone agreed with my husband that he would lock the car and put the key hidden in the roof rack. We were very unhappy about doing this but after paying over 2k for our flights we were not prepared to miss the flight and we were assured the car would be collected soon.
We went off on our holiday trusting this company we had paid for.
When we returned to Terminal 5 we called the number again to let them know we had arrived and were collecting our bags and was told they would meet us on Level 4 in 45 minutes. When we arrived at the carpark to our surprise our car was in the same place we left it, and the key still in the roof rack! We checked the mileage (before we left) and could see the car had never left the car park!
On checking the ticket price we were looking at over £1,000 to leave the car park!!!!
We managed to get Heathrow to reduce this to £500 which is still crazy when we paid a company to park our car for us.
Enigma Airport Parking are a Complete…
Enigma Airport Parking are a Complete Joke
I should have been more suspicious - they were offering service at £56 when the competition were around £100. You get what you pay for. I arrived at LHR T5 and no one was there, called the number was told according to small print I should have Called 30 mins prior to getting. there, bearing in my I planned to get to airport 75 mins prior to departure (normally fine)....I called repeatedly and was told guy would be there in 20 mins, he wasn't. I ended up abandoning the car on L4 in a different bay and collecting 3 days later - a nice £231 charge to add to what I had paid. Never using them again. Dreadful.
Registered owner is Mohammed Faisal Hussain,. avoid. Company only register October 2021 - expect it will be dissolved and another spun up...look for the name!
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE. I am now leaving Heathrow airport without my car, they said they can’t find my car key and that they don’t know where the car is. I have reported my car stolen and given them the enigma owners details. They are cowboys who don’t belong on this planet. Evil people
This company are minus stars.
This company are minus stars.. they have left my daughters fiance stick at Heathrow because they have actually lost their car...now they are saying they never had the car.. my daughter has all the emails to confirm they have...shocking. how are they allowed to do this to decent people! After reading the reviews...they use the same tactics...ie lost the keys, said the booking isn't with them abd and now the car is lost...no idea where it is...my daughters fiance had to come home on the train...police are unable to do anything...shocking that these slugs can do this and get away with it!!
Awful awful awful
Awful awful awful, tried to give 0 stars but it wouldn’t let me. When we arrived we waited and eventually phoned when no one turned up. We were told our booking wasn’t on their list so we had to pay again (50% more) and get a refund. Then we waited another 40 minutes for driver to arrive (whilst being told he is 10 mins away). We eventually sorted alternative parking and left as we wondered what kind out outfit would be in charge of our vehicle.
Awful company to deal with…
Awful company to deal with unprofessional and rude.
Phoned almost 30 times and waited 2 hours to get our car back, our calls were declined multiple time, he hung up on me multiple times, one call he answered saying "im very busy" then hung up. We were told our car battery was dead and we needed to send a recovery truck, finally got it back after telling him we would call the police if our car wasn't returned within 30 mins, surprisingly no problem with the battery after all and they finally returned the car.
Its the last thing you want after a long flight!
I've contacted Ezybook to complain with no reply yet..
Platinum Parking - Enigma
DO NOT USE - There are not enough words in the English dictionary to express my disgust and contempt for this company and all of its staff. At drop off we had an hour and a half delay. Rudeness, lies, phone put down on me and the list goes on. On pick up they were almost 2 hours late and when I chased asking for an honest answer about their whereabouts because I have a special needs child, I was told that, that was my problem and I should just go home and come back tomorrow and then I was cut off. When they eventually turned up, I questioned the driver, who didn’t respond professionally at all and when my husband said to me to stop wasting any more time as they don’t care, the driver responded with, “you are right, we don’t”!!! Then he walked off with the parking ticket, so it took us ages getting out of the parking garage. I hold EZYbook accountable too as they recommend this hideous company.
Enigma airport parking, wa*kers!
The most disgusting, company, human beings, service I have EVER come across.
Paid through EZY book for meet and greet which turned out to be Enigma.
Called them as instructed 20-30 mins prior to arrival at T3 Heathrow. Waited at short stay as advised by them for nearly 2 hours. Called them 20+ times during this wait - 5 minutes away, traffic, nearly there, eating and burping down the phone - you name it… same as everyone else - fobbed off.
When driver (dressed like a scruff and needed a shower) turned up, we were relieved after such a long wait that we could get on our way. He advised me I had to pay the fee for him to leave - this was now £11+ due to them being late. I asked him to call his ‘manager’ for me, god knows which a**hole it was…. Told me tough I either pay it or they don’t take my car. They would waive the £5 drop off fee on return - nice of them. Eager to go on holidays I paid it like a mug. Handed our key to the driver, who then began running and chasing a car around the car park, swearing/shouting, and threw his bottle of drink at the car- I now assume they knew he was an a**hole and had obvious beef with him.
We left for our holiday- stressed parents, stressed kids. Had a wonderful time, apart from the worry of the car in the back of our minds.
Called the number advised before going through passport control due to their crap time keeping on departure. Yes wait outside, which we did for 2+ hours AGAIN!!
Called them about 30 times, same as before with fobbing off, ‘I can’t help the traffic can i’ was a new one.
This is the best part….
We finally spot my partners pride and joy (no lie) driving towards us. His beloved White Land Rover Discovery, which he has worked blo*dy hard to be able to get.
No apology for being late of course. A late teen gets out of the driver seat to hand over the key. My partner is inspecting for damage as I am checking mileage. A massive dent and chunk out of the paintwork on the driver side door. 30ish miles on the clock, can deal with that, however the damage is obviously another story.
We are trying to talk to this kiddy who is engrossed in his phone, just like our 12 yr old, oblivious/ignorant 🤷🏽♀️ I then tell him woah you’re not going anywhere yet. Asked him if he’d paid the exit fee as I’d been promised… I got a few answers here… ‘you don’t need to pay anything just to pick up ur car’ uh yes you do look at this sign we’ve been sat next to for 2 hours. ‘I’ll check with my manager’ ‘he’s paid it’ give me a receipt then. ‘ ok I’ll go pay it now’ as he walks away… I told him he was full of s**t and watched him walk to a car full of Asian men.
I embarrassingly began chasing him, fuming that he was getting in the car and gave zero f*ks. A policeman nearby got the gist of what was happening and radio’d the car reg and saw the delightful car full of men laughing, making multiple hand gestures and waving as they sped off.
It all happened so quickly… inspected the car some more… there were food wrappers in the front of the car… receipt and rubbish for a PAYG SIM card in the back for 14th April… we left on the 12th for Dubai.
Policeman was great even though there was nothing he could do. He confirmed the vehicle they drove off in was registered to 247 meet and greet, and was uninsured. They were keeping an eye out for it, better than nothing.
Same as a few others have said - complete scam. It’s called car jockeying I believe he said. It is well known to heathrow airport, the police… he told us we were the third family that day he’d spoken to in similar situations. Asked us to report it to heathrow airport which I’ve done.
They will either use your car as theirs during the time they have it or park it somewhere they shouldn’t 🤮 then onto the next customer and see what wheels they have next to enjoy.
Hopefully no parking or speeding fines come through over the next couple of weeks… hope is fading, the more reviews I read.
How the scum can sleep at night is beyond me. We had a lovely holiday… all I can think of is what we came home to yesterday.
Companies house has all the info…
Previous company name 247 meet and greet ( the car they drove off in is registered to)
Mohammad faisal Hussain
Just saw their status with companies house has one of these…..
An active proposal to strike off means that the companies house branch of the government has received or formed a petition to have the companies' name and legal rights removed or “struck off” from the register of said companies house, essentially dissolving the company in its entirety.
We can only hope they all rot before being able to set up this s**Tshow in another name.
I am now officially exhausted from reliving yesterday’s drama.
All the best everyone X
Booked Engima Parking for one week
Booked Engima Parking for one week. Pick up was little worrying as I essentially handed my car to a complete stranger who I just met and didnt really speak English. Pick up was late. However I have now received a parking fine where they have entered T5 without the appropriate ticket. I will simply be informing APCOA of the name and address of the Director:
Mohammad Faisal Hussain
9 Javelin Court, Wakehams Green Drive, Crawley, West Sussex, England, RH10 3RW
Do not use these fraudsters!
Do not use these fraudsters!! I’m livid!! Dropped car on Sunday 17th, called them 30 mins before as advised to do so. Had to wait over 30 minutes for collection of car. Returned yesterday, called them as advised again, eventually got the car back 50 mins after first call, empty plastic doughnut packets, footprints all over the inner doors, radio station been charged to Aldershot, and they drove 160 miles during my 4 day break away, left me with less than quarter of a tank of fuel to get back to Southampton! I phoned them 10 times, rude, they said they checked cctv and no one drove the car. I will not leave this alone until I get something back. An absolute disgrace. You are trusting someone with your vehicle and get treated like this!!!
Disgusting service, AVOID !!!!
The worst service we have ever experienced!
Started with the drop off, called 30mins prior to arrival as advised on booking. We arrived at 06:00 they did not arrive until 6:36 and we had to pay £8.50 parking charge. No vehicle inspection or receipt, felt uneasy at this point !
Then when we returned we called once we had bags and told 45min wait even thou we gave them flight details and all was on time. 1hr 40mins later and 20+ calls we found the vehicle abandoned on level 3 with key left on the tyre and had another fee as had been there over 30mins with out being told !!!
Cowboys, feel lucky to have the car back at all !!
Enigma Parking Limited should be baned from the airport and all comparison sites as are an absolute joke !!
AVOID ENIGMA PARKING LIMITED
A truly terrible experience; rude, incompetent, mendacious charlatans. We were told to wait for an hour and hung up on, on calling back were told 'if you call again, 1 hour will become 3 hours' they hung up several more times, turned up after 2 hours with filthy car - Felt lucky to even see the car again, close to calling police.
Trust Pilot - please add a zero star (or minus star) option for companies that are as spectacularly bad as this one.
Do not touch these with a barge pole…
Do not touch these with a barge pole came back off holiday today to a messed up car waited 4 hrs till they told us we’re are car is totally rude on the phone must off called them at least 100 times then the person said if we keep calling them they would block our phone numbers we said if you do we’re call the police and he said go on then absolute shambles company
A terrible parking experience
A terrible parking experience, under the brand platinum parking. Waited for 45 minutes at Heathrow to drop off after trying to contact them for about 30 minutes. Am currently waiting for pickup at Heathrow, 50 minutes and counting. These people are fraudsters, beware! P. S. When the car finally came one wing mirror was smashed and one wiper missing.
**Do not use this company**
**Do not use this company**
Absolutely horrendous service, would give a minus rating if possible.
Left us waiting two hours for our car, wouldn’t give us an accurate time for drop off. Wouldn’t answer the phone or put it straight down when they did an absolute cowboy service - avoid at all costs.
Absolute disgusting service
I can not believe the number of very similar bad reviews on this company within days of each other!! This is not a service, this is a rude thief! We waited an hour for our car to be collected on departure day - departure, when people have flights to catch!!! Fed lie after lie about where the driver was. Didn’t disappoint expectations on arrrival either - unlucky for Enigma we have checked the car app regularly - it was left unlocked and not parked in any secure area. We were called anf told half an hour, then blamed the traffic and rudely told me he is not the traffic controller and promptly put the phone down on me. According to the app the car was not started till 90minutes after our initial call to say we were here. Three children under the age of 10 left standing hungry and in the cold for over two hours. Not what you need after a 10+ flight. I will be fighting to recover our money and leaving reviews where ever I can!!! Disgusting service and same can be said for the attitude of the guy on the end of the number running this crap service.
AVOID
It has taken us a few days to write our review as we are still recovering from the traumatic ordeal to our family at the hands of these fraudsters.
We booked meet and greet parking through wecompareairportparking, only after booking do you know that you are booked with Engima Parking - they also operate via many other websites too - so be careful!
We booked with them from 9th to 15th April. The instructions given were to call 07759579014 30 mins before arrival, which we did 16 times before getting through to them. The guy who answered the phone was rather abrupt but said he would be with us shortly, which they were, so the collection of our car wasn't too bad.
We landed back to Heathrow at 9am on 15th April and called the number as instructed. After calling them 132 times as it constantly rings engaged, I managed to get through to them at 10.16am to be told our car would be 45 mins. When I questioned this the man was very rude and said yes 45 minutes, no arguing and hung up. We were therefore expecting our car to arrive with us at 11am. By 11.30am still no car so I called again, after calling 32 times I got through at 11.34am to be told it would be half an hour. At 12.04pm I called again and after 62 attempts I got through at 12.23pm. This time the guy asked me for my registration and then tried to tell me that no one had called that morning about that car!!! I told him it was the third time I had called and actually spoke to him each time to which he told me he didn't like liars so I said no neither do I!! He then said 10 mins and put the phone down. At 1.12pm I called again as still no car, after another 52 attempts I got through at 1.15pm and again was told half an hour. My husband then tried on his phone at 2.30pm and they told him they were on their way to collect it.
Whilst in the airport we were talking to other families who were in the same position as us. One of the families then got a call to say that their car was being dropped off but instead of meeting them at level 4 they had to go up to drop off at level 5. We all went up to see the driver. Two other families then received their cars and the driver then promised us he would fetch ours. 45 minutes later still no car so my husband phoned again to tell them they had LOST OUR CAR KEY!!! They said that this had been left in another customers car and if we got a taxi home they would reimburse the cost and then deliver our car to our home address when the key was returned to them. My husband then asked them to put this in writing to us in an email, which they did.
Unsure what to do next my husband phoned the police for advice. They said at that point in time this was not a criminal offence so we would have to come to some arrangement with them. My husband phoned Engima parking again and said that we would come down the next day with our spare key, which they said was a good idea - but this time it was a different person answering the phone.
We opted for the train rather than a taxi as we are never expecting to get a penny back and we also live over 2 hours away from Heathrow. So we landed at Heathrow at 9am and got home at 7pm.
At this point we were frantically worrying we might never see our car again so decided to ring them and asked them for a postcode as to where the compound was so we could meet them there. Within the space of 60 seconds the guy had read out 3 different postcodes - UB7 0EA, UB7 0DE, UB7 0AE.
The next morning we drove back to Heathrow and visited these postcodes, now knowing full well our car was not parked in a compound. Unfortunately we couldn't see our car anywhere but there were many cars parked on residential streets with multiple penalty notices on their windscreens. We checked all the hotel car parks in the vicinity too.
We therefore had to phone Enigma and told them where we were, the guy said he would come and meet us, take the key and bring the car to us. My husband told him that we would not be handing over another key to him so he would have to take us to the compound. The guy was adamant this was not possible as they had security issues. We even said we would wait outside or down the road but no he said that wasn't possible (as obviously it wasn't in a compound!) My husband told him if he wasn't with us within the next 20 minutes then we would go to the police and guess what, no show!!
We went to Hayes police station who were extremely helpful. They phoned Engima and instructed them to come to the police station, provide their details, we would then hand them the key and if they did not return then this would be classed as theft so this is what we did. He told us he would be back in 5-7 mins, 45 mins later he returns. He called us over and asked us to check our car - there was a dent and scratch the length of the bonnet which we believe has been caused by trying to get out of a car park barrier, he tried to say it was there before! We await a fine in the post too as well as repair costs.
FRAUDSTERS!
Avoid this cowboy company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs - they are a cowboy outfit who will collect your car late at the airport and risk you missing your flight. On your return be prepared for considerable distress by a long wait with no updates from them.
The contact puts the phone down after about 10 seconds, if you manage to get through. They used the 'F' word 3 times at my husband saying "Your car will come in an hour, what bit of that do you not f...ing understand?"
When we finally got our car back (at Level 5, not 4) the tank was empty and a phone lead essential to the car was missing. We will be reporting this company wherever possible and encourage everyone to do the same. They must be removed before causing damage. distress and/ or accident to more unfortunate travellers.
