Please please AVOID!!!

They are the worse people i have dealt with. Recommended to me by Wecompareairportparking who is avoiding any liability, Enigma is the worse company out there.

The took my car and literally crashed it within minutes at the heathrow parking exit, as i found my car parts there, they claimed the car was given to them that way and have evidence to which i am yet to see, then they have blocked my number and when i call with other phones they block that number too. To top it all, my flight was cancelled and getting my car back on the same evening, they took 2 hours to get the car back and I just received the parking ticket of £100 because they parked my car at the hilton hotel for 2 hours. What sort of ANIMALS are these!!! please they cant go scott free at this point. Is there something that can be done?

Enigma Parking - please don't use them!

If I could rate this with no stars I would have.

Booked through Ezybook Airport Parking which we have used before and had a pleasant experience - the problem is you don't see the company you have booked until you receive the confirmation. If I was able to read the reviews of Enigma Parking beforehand I would never have had to experience this.

Flying out - Called 30 minutes before arrival (as they request) - they turn up 20 minutes after our arrival to the airport.

Returning...

We landed at 16.20 and called them once we collected our luggage shortly after that (around 16.30) as they said to allow 30 minutes for the car to arrive.

A timeline of events:

16:55 - standing at collection point - 25 minutes after initial call to say that we've landed.
17:15 - called, company answer "I will call the driver and call you back"... No call back
17:20 - called again, no answer
17:30 - called, company answer "I will call the driver and call you back"... No call back
17:40 - called, company answer "driver is in traffic due to road closure, is three miles away so 10-15 minutes"
18:00 - called three times, no answer
18:05 - called, company answer "I will call the driver and call you back"... No call back
18:10 - called, company answer "he will be there in a few minutes, he's coming into the airport now".

18:25 my car appears.

When we FINALLY got our car back, the dashboard indicated that the engine had been running for 15 minutes, we left Heathrow Terminal 5 at 18:31. To spell it out - they can't have left their site any earlier than 18:10 to meet us. A full 90 minutes after my first call to say we had landed.

Please do not use Enigma Parking.

No show to meet and greet phone off !

Driver didn't answer call so we had to book purple Parking instead . We booked for 4.30am meet and greet and were told to ring 30 minutes before to arrange to meet and if we drove into the airport without this call we would have to pay the fees . We rang over 18 times from 4.04am and by 4.25 until we decided to book purple parking . We then rang once more at 4.40 to find out what happened and were told by the driver they don't open until 4.30 . If this was the case they shouldn't have taken a booking earlier than 5am . We had had a 3.5 hour drive from South Wales and being on the m4 making the calls to being constantly told by a voice mail "we cannot connect your call" is slightly worrying . The attitude of the person who answered the phone was terrible he just said "well we will refund " no apology . I have tried ringing the 0333 number for my refund and again no answer with the voice mail being full so can't leave a message . Appaling service and I would definitely advise to keep away especially if travelling early hours of the morning . Ended up paying more for parking and a cab to the airport then had to wait for a bus back to the car after a long flight on the red eye from nyc .

DO NOT USE - EZY Booking or Enigma Parking Ltd

The only reason l have given a star is because we got our car back! Worst experience ever having traveled for 19 hours waited over 2 hours despite follow all their instructions. They told us to wait on the wrong level it was only after my husband told them that he was calling the police if our car was not delivered within 10mins that they said the driver was waiting for us on level 4. When we got there there was no one in sight a couple of guys parked next to our car pointed out where the key had been left under the front tyre we suspect they are part of these most rude and unhelpful unprofessional company. To make matters worse our car has a huge scratch on the whole side back panel. When my husband call to notify them of this he was verbally abused and called a liar when he told them he had taken photos of the car at hand over they put the phone down on him. It a shame that things like this continue to happen at a big airport like Heathrow and they still get away with it.

Awful service

Awful service! I usually use another company however needed a last minute booking and chose Enigma/Ezybook airport parking. Our flight was cancelled and we asked if they could meet us at the airport a day later, to which they agreed. On arrival at the airport (they were late) and asked for a £20 amendment fee. We were not parking for extra days, in fact less days and were not advised of this before arriving. On collection of the car, they were over 50 minutes late. I’ve never experienced such terrible service. This cannot be called a ‘meet and greet’ service!

Cowboys

Cowboys! Over 40 min later for drop off 1.5 hours for pick up. Very rude and aggressive on the phone when they do answer. Had to call multiple times due to them just hanging up mid call. This company should not be on trust pilot or compare car parking websites. Disgraceful.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Called 30 minutes prior to arrival and similar to others kept getting told they were 10 minutes away, waited 40 minutes. No checks were done when we handed the car over and no paperwork given. On arrival back to UK called as soon as we landed, again was told they would be there within 30 mins. Several calls later and 45 minutes after being told they were on there way the driver called to say he had only just been given our keys and would be 10 minutes away. Eventually an hour and 15 minutes after our first call we found out car abandoned on a no parking zone. No driver to be seen. Tried calling, surprise surprise no answer. Finally tracked down driver who advised he had left our keys on top of the front wheel!!!!! The driver then tried to say that the office had called me to tell me they were here, simply not true. In addition to the cost of the parking, you also have to pay for the ticket in and out of car park, this was an additional £13. Absolutely shocking service, unnecessary stress for start to finish. You book meet and greet to remove stress not add to it! Please please please do not book. We are just thankful we’ve actually got our car back in one piece.

AVOID WE COMPARE AIRPORT PARKING AT ALL COSTS / SCAM / DO NOT USE

Much like other reviews, I wish I didn't have to even give a star.

I booked on 'www .wecompareairportparking .co.uk' after a Google search and because the reviews on there were good (most likely fake as I have since tried to leave my own review and am unable), hence why I am writing one here. I just wish I had read these reviews before I booked.

For drop off at airport, they tell you to contact them when you are 30 minutes away however they took over an hour to get to us constantly saying they were 5 or 10 minutes away which turned out not to be true. It's a constant stream of lies, which if you read other reviews, you will see they tell everyone. They made us late to check in and we had to rush through the airport to make our flight even though we arrived three hours before to give ourselves plenty of time. We almost didn't make our flight out. They also make you pay for the short stay car parking ticket in the terminal, which for us as they took so long to get to us, was well over £10.

Upon return, we rang WELL before 30 minutes because of the terrible and slow 'service' (you can't even call it a service) we received on our way out. In total, they took FOUR HOURS to get my car back to us and only after we had called the police. Once again, we received a stream of utter lies telling us they were 20 minutes away etc, and when I kept calling they don't pick up or respond for ages on end. Once they did eventually pick up they told me that my battery was flat, and had been compounded and that I would have to get there and collect it and then hung up WITHOUT TELLING ME WHERE. I was in complete despair that we were stranded at the airport and these dodgy people had stolen my car so we called the police. The very helpful reputable car parking services at terminal 3 Heathrow said this is a common occurrence and happens every day and advised us to call the police. It is several companies under different names (Enigma, We Park etc etc) run by the same dodgy guy. The phone number was 07759 579014.

As soon as I said we had involved the police, they suddenly were getting a tow truck to fix my flat battery (its all lies, they said the same to other poor families who were waiting). There was a family with a baby and two young children waiting for hours in the cold for their car, it was completely unacceptable.

When they finally delivered my car, they didn't ring to tell me, and they delivered it to the wrong terminal (Heathrow Terminal 5 instead of 3). So we had to get the train to that terminal to retrieve the car, and when we did, the driver had just left my car unlocked with the keys under the car!!! It was only because of the helpful companies (such as Purple Parking) who see this on a daily basis advised us to call terminal 5 short stay car park to see if my car registration was registered as entering the car park there that day as they often deliver cars late, and to the wrong terminal.

As well as leaving my car unlocked, they once again left us with an expensive short stay parking ticket to pay, the front bumper was damaged and coming away from the car and they had stolen coins out of my car. I do not care monetarily as it was only a few £ coins I left there - quite hidden I might add - before we flew abroad, but they had obviously rummaged around in my car and stolen this, which on top of an appalling experience really topped it all off. These people are the absolute dregs of society, they are complete scumbags and I implore you not to book with them. You will not have a pleasant experience. There were so many frantic travellers there at the same time as us experiencing the same lies and I cannot see their reviews. Therefore far more bad experiences are happening than are written here and that says something.

I'm taking this further to get my money back and to try and get these people stopped.

Avoid 07759579014 at all cost

I used wecompareairportparking.co.uk/ to book parking for Heathrow... biggest mistake I've recently done. Dropping and collecting the car at the T2 terminal parking wasn't a too bad experience. The bad experience came later when I received a parking charge notice. They just parked my car in the Marriott Hotel London Heathrow parking. The car was there for the whole duration of my trip, 338 hours and 29 minutes and now I have to pay a fine of £100 reduced to £60 if I pay it in 14 days.
I wonder if anything can be done against this thieves.

Imimidating threatening bullies

I would give minus stars if I could. I phoned at 12.30pm to inform that we had our bags and were ready to be collected. I was told that the driver was on his way, 30 mins later I phoned again only to be told that our car wouldnt start as the battery was flat and we would have to wait about 45 mins. 1 hr later I phoned again and was told that our car had broken down on the m25 and they were trying to sort it out. We didnt hear any more so I phoned again only to be told "its not my f***ing fault your car has broken down and that I was a madwoman as I had phoned him 200 times. Five hours later we hadnt heard any more so one very kind man who works for a respectable meet and greet company offered to phone to see if he could help. We could hear the man on the other end of the phone shouting abuse and swearing at him. After their call was finished the guy phoned me swearing at me and asking why I had spoken to other people about his company and he said that if I didnt get the man to phone and apologise i would never get my car back. We phoned them yet again when he finally admitted that there was nothing wrong with our car but they had lost our keys. We had to arrange for our son to drive from South Wales to Heathrow with our spare key. On arrival we phoned the company and three men turned up in a car wanting to take our keys but my son said that we would follow them to where our car was but they got quite aggressive and when my son said that we were not handing the keys over he jumped out of the car shouting at my son. My son said he was going to get the police so the man shouted f*** you and they drove off. 5 mins later he phoned and gave us a postcode and said to meet them there which we did and eventually got our car back at 9.30pm (9 hrs after our first call). We felt totally threatened, intimidated and helpless, these people are nothing but crooks and bullies. We have to get a new car key and also my son spent approx £60 in fuel to come to heathrow but this is nothing in comparison to the distress we were caused. I phoned them a total of 66 times often when I went to speak they would end the call. Avoid these criminals

Dishonest, incompetent, rude

Never again - avoid this company. First, they tell me their standard pickup time is 30 minutes, which is hardly meet and greet.

But it's much worse than that. I booked my return pickup at LHR T5 for yesterday evening, but my flight was cancelled. I called them to say so at 8 in the evening, and then again in the morning at 7 to confirm the new arrival time, and again on arrival at 9 - all calls acknowledged. Of course I knew there would be a charge for the additional parking time.

I was finally picked up at 11, at least 1 1/2 late. I called repeatedly and was told over and over again that the driver was 15-20 mins, or 10-15 mins, or 5 mins away. At around 1015 I spoke to someone who sounded like a manager who said very aggressively that I was 'taking the p***', turning up a day late and demanding to be picked up. I'd better have 20 pounds cash ready to give to the driver, or they wouldnt come. 20 pounds might have been a reasonable charge, but it was demanded without discussion and incredibly rudely. Eventually I was picked up rudely with ill grace. The driver said if I would say I was happy he would waive the 20 pounds - no apology. I didnt agree but didnt pay the charge and got my car back.

If I could give minus stars I would

If I could give minus stars I would! Absolutely appalling service! Could not get through to them for collection when we finally managed to we kept getting terrible excuses as to when they would collect car! 2 hours later we finally had the car collected minus 15 pound for the wait we were at the airport.....on arrival back to the UK we called them before we collected our bags we were told half an hour - we kept calling after half an hour and every time we called they hung up on us! Finally had our car 1.5 hours later!

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling ! Booked and paid for online, rang when we were 30 minutes away as per instructions - no answer after calling 8 times , no one to meet and greet us, waited an hour for someone to come … tried calling every 5 minutes.. went to answerphone each time. We ended up paying double more with another company as time was running out before our flights. Utterly shambolic … non service . Have tried complaining with no available and out of pocket with no refund and having to rebook. Really disgusting and adding to the stress of travel

Terrible service

Terrible service - avoid at all costs. I booked well in advance to park at Heathrow and called 30 minutes before arrival as requested. They called back 10 minutes later to ask which car I was collecting...... I reminded them I was dropping one off, not collecting. I arrived and they didn't show up. I called the number 17 times over the space of an hour. 15 of them were rejected - not to voicemail, just rejected. The 2 times they answered they said they;d be there in 3 minutes and weren't. I had to pay for someone else to take the car as I was running late for my flight. As my bag was going through the x ray scanner, I heard the phone ringing, which I assumed was them. I used a comparison website to find them and have said they should be removed. please join my campaign for this if you also suffered!

DO NOT USE ENIGMA/EZYBOOK PARKING!!

I booked with enigma/ezybook parking meet and greet service last week when I flew to the US. They are the worst company I have ever used in my life. When we landed I phoned them and they said they will be there in 20 mins with the car. Waited and waited and no sign of them. Called again they said another 10 minutes. This went on for 2 hours!! I waited 2 hours for them to bring me the car. These are frauds and shouldn’t even be allowed to keep trading. I even threatened to phone the police on them. AVOID this company at all costs as they should be ashamed of themselves!!

Absolutely diabolical (Fraudsters) ENIGMA

Absolutely diabolical. No one to meet and greet for 30 mins. Then on returning it took 2 hours to get the car. Constant calls and just lies. I have biometrics on my car and it didn't move for that time. Lies lies lies. Don't say it's only 5 mins away when I can track my car.
When the car arrived the driver had clearly helped himself to the snacks I had left in the car ready for my journey home but also dropped them all over the car.
Finally when I think I can just be done with this I go to drive out and at the barrier have "licence plate blocked". Stuck at the barrier trying to talk to the operator to where I am then enlightened to hear they never took my car out after paying for the ticket so it over ran and then tailgated someone else out of the car park and so then block me. This then cost me another £19.10 just to get out of the carpark. Just shambolic and I couldn't warn anyone any more away from this gang of fraudsters.
This company should simply not be operating and it's on the best interest for Heathrow to have this company axed so saves people wasting their money and time. Awful

If there was a minus i would give it

If there was a minus i would give it . Meet and greet was a joke , called 30 mins prior to arrival and they came an hour late , nearly missed my flight,
When we came back , called as soon as landed and they said they will be there within 20 mins
waited 30 mins and called them and they said 10 mins , this kept on happening for 50 mins , in the end we threatened to call the police and they said they will be there soon , i hade my wife and 3 young kids with me , 40 mins later no show , i send the wife to my friends house via uber as it was now 8:30pm and I had landed at 6:30 , the kids were tired. i called Mohammed and he said stop blocking my line as we kept on calling and told me to F*** Off
I threatened to call the police and report the car stolen. In the end they said the car wont start , I had to catch an uber to where the car was and then called the RAC to get it started , the RAC said the there was no fuel in the car and battery was drained , managed to get it started and looked at the mileage and whilst I was away they were using it uninsured and without my knowledge
This morning to top it off I received a car parking ticket for £100 from a hotel in Heathrow where they had spent 35 minutes
I am writing to" we compare parking" to take these fraudsters off there website
I Looked at companies house and that's what these guys do they just change the names of the company and start again
I have learnt a severe lesson form this and that is never to use meet and greet ever again and i have told all my friends and family about this company and to avoid meet and greet at all costs
either catch an uber or park and ride
