Terrible service DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE, it's worth paying a little more for a proper company. They tailgated out of the carpark and made us pay for our own parking! Heathrow and I have both informed the police of this company's way of operating. Even having given enough time they made us wait to drop off 45mins! Then on pick up made us wait another 30mins even when we called as they requested. When we left the airport they had not paid the parking ticket (which we had to then pay) and we could not leave the airport as our licence plate had been blacklisted due to them tailgating another driver when exiting (not only dangerous driving but also severely risking damaging our car). DO NOT USE there are better options.

Drained my car of fuel and took it over 55 miles!

I wish I knew I had booked with this company, I used a comparison site, which didn't state who I had purchased my parking through. But AVOID these cowboys at all costs.

Firstly, we were advised to call 30 minutes prior to arrive at the airport, we tried to do so for 20 minutes until they finally answered the 25th call made to them. We there then told it would be a 45 minute wait at the airport to hand over the keys - not much of a "meet & greet".

When collecting the car, I called after we had our luggage, at their request. We then waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for it to be brought back to us.

They had driven the car 55 miles, reduced my fuel range by over 100 miles and reduced my MGP from 45 to 40. They had 100% been driving without due car, fast and erractically. We had also left some snacks in the car for our journey home, which they had opened and eaten some of!

They left the postcode in the satnav of where they had taken the car to, it looked like it had just been left on a side street, not in a secure car park as suggested.

Awful service start to finish

Awful service start to finish. Having used at least 10 different meet and greet suppliers these guys are by far the worst. Late pick up late delivery, constant calling, you pay exit fees from car park. AVOID

Not a meet and greet service - the worst ever

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Drop off at heathrow T3 was 1hr and 20mins, and pick up was 1hr 25mins.

They lie that driver is coming, they refuse to answer your call and hang up.

On drop off if they were any later we would have missed our flight, after checkin we had to rush through security to make the flight

There is no apology - this is NOT a meet and greet service

Dishonest, late, inefficient

Do not use this service. Avoid, pay a little more and use a company with a reasonable reputation. We nearly missed our flight on our way out because no one was waiting for us and has to wait two hours on our return. We were repeatedly told the driver would be with us in ten minutes.

Wish I’d read the rewviews!

Wish I’d read the rewviews!! Think we got away lightly with our car being driven 40 miles!!!
Unlike this poor couple who have booked with the same company they couldn’t get through, once we had got hold of someone we passed the phone over to the gentleman who couldn’t get an answer for them to tell him they don’t have their car!!!! The driver then arrived with our car and then told this gentleman (who was elderly may I add) that they didn’t have his car, he was travelling from Heathrow to Bournemouth with his wife!

This gentleman and his wife were so distressed and were waiting for over 2 hours for them to keep repeating they don’t have their car!

The driver did a runner away from my partner as he was kicking off (understandably)

Another man approached us in a similar situation in which they had lost his key and put the phone down on him and then wouldn’t answer or went to voicemail.

Another lady was left with 6 miles on her electric car

Another gentleman’s alloys had been scratched horrendously.

The police weren’t helpful to the old couple atall so me and my partner drove them most of the way back so they could get a taxi without it breaking the bank!!

It makes me feel sick to think they have driven around in my car!

Will be taking this to trading standards!

They CANNOT continue to get away with this!!!

I am currently on holiday and my car is…

I am currently on holiday and my car is with this company until I return. I paid £68 through the booking site for my car to be parked for 7 days. Myself and partner stayed at the Thistle hotel night before the flight. Unfortunately the pods at the hotel are currently not in operation. I decided to park the car at the hotel and drop the car at the terminal the following day rather so we could drive to the terminal. I called up the company on the number and asked them if it’s ok if I drop the car off the following day instead of the day it was booked for. The guy responded “yes that fine”. I was not notified of any other chargers or cancellations that may occur and was not sent any cancellation email or notification. When we arrived at terminal 5 the following morning I called and told them they can collect the car. Nobody arrived. I called again and was asked when my booking was for. I told them I called yesturday and changed it from Saturday to Sunday and was told it would be fine. The guy said to me, “ you didn’t arrive yesturday so your booking was cancelled”. I said, “ what do I do now?”. He said,” you have to make a new booking and pay £80 cash to the driver when he arrives, we don’t take card payments. You must get you refund directly from the company he said. The driver refused to give me any receipt for the £80 cash payment. I have phoned and chatted to them via their chat service regarding a refund on my original payment as now I have paid £150 to park my car for 7 days!. I am not having any luck. I am building a case against these guys now and urge anyone that has had issue with them to join forces with me to get our money back and get these guys removed from Heathrow. Griffin Parking has terrible service

Griffin Parking has terrible service, they were 45 minutes late in arriving for collection of the car, I had to phone them four times to find out where they are, so much for arriving early for my overseas flight. The "driver", who is apparently an agency driver, did not have any paperwork that he could hand over to me, did not inspect the car, expected me to hand over the keys and would not even provide me with his name??

Would you hand your keys over to him...., I took a picture of the driver as insurance and he left without taking the keys, leaving me in the lurch...

Be aware, they are unprofessional, and I would not trust them with my car in light of the fact that they do not make any effort to check the condition of the vehicle before taking possession. Other companies in the area took pictures of the cars they collected, this demonstrated that they were more professional, they also handed over paperwork and contact details for when you return from your trip.

The "supervisor" informed me that I would not receive a refund because I refused to hand over the keys to the "agency driver", wonder if he is even a legitimate driver or has the right to work??

Outside of the "Compare" website I cannot even find the company website to lodge a complaint, make you wonder...

They lie

Booked a meet and greet for terminal 5 through this website with Enigma Parking. 45 minutes late collecting the car despite being constantly told the driver was 10 minutes away. Same story on our return. In addition the require you to pay the parking fees for the short term car park. Another customer was experiencing the exact same issues with Enigma Parking. Appalling.

Do Not Book Ezybook Ltd or Enigma Parking

Ive only just somewhat recovered from the incident last Saturday at Heathrow Car Park T5 to be able to write this review- but wanted to pass on my experience to others to say Please please please be aware of Ezybook Ltd (the agent) and Enigma Parking (the parking company)

Basically - please do book this company, if you want to risk the following - which unfortunately happened to me last Saturday:

- car left unattended on pick up with doors unlocked and keys on the sun visor
- Petrol cap door ajar
- A drop from 120 miles to 60 miles of fuel
- A very strong smell of a burnt out clutch
- Car un- drivable with approx £2000 of damage (suspected clutch, dual mass flywheel and automatic brake issue- poss more- awaiting full diagnostic from the garage)
- verbal abuse when calling said companies with eventually, calls not being answered
- An unexpected car park over due payment due to the car being dropped off early
- 14 hour sleepover alone as a single woman in an empty terminal 5 car park awaiting the RAC and then the tow truck- dealing with coming to terms with being a victim of crime
- 2 hours sleep in 36 hours- following an early start and a long journey home from abroad, waiting for the RAC mechanic and breakdown truck
- Having to file a crime report to the police
- Not feeling like you’ve been on holiday

If youre happy for the above to potentially happen- then please go ahead and book. Please, please, please learn from my experience of having my car absolutely trashed by this company whilst in their ‘care’.

As well as having reported the matter to the Met Police, Im contacting Trading Standards, Companies House, getting legal advice and pursuing the matter with small claims court. The company have been contacted and are aware.

Read Before Booking

Really wish I had come on here prior to booking - details of my complaint below:

Hi – further to our discussion on 15:47, as advised I am outlining details of my complaint with respect to the damage that has been caused to my car, whilst in your possession - including the corresponding evidence.

Damage:

As you can clearly see from the attached images, I now have damage to the following areas of my car:
• Drivers side wing mirror – scratched
• Passenger side door – scratched
• Passenger side wheel arch – dented
• Passenger side wheel arch – scratched

General Condition

This car was valeted out prior to dropping it off, as you will see from the attached video – the entire car is covered in mud, dust and dirt. This is a brand new vehicle, that I had had a matter of weeks and was in perfect condition.

Security

During the booking process, the website stated this would be stored in a locked carpark with CCTV – as per my tracker in the car this was left on the side of the road at 90 High Street. The car was then driven from this location to Triumph Close. At which point I messaged you at 15:24 on 17/03 which I was overseas to raise this concern (with no response).

On collection, the car was left ther unattended, unlocked and with the keys on the floor next to the side of the car in the airport, making my insurance invalid. When calling your supplier explained “the driver is diabetic and had to leave to use the bathroom” – this is the same false statement that is told on countless review sites.

Please note the reviews posted on your website as fake, stating it has 9.9/10 customer satisfaction, this is extremely misleading. You only have to Google your company to see the truth about the multiple different businesses that are dissolving and reappearing on Companies House.

Wait Times

Whilst insignificant in comparison with the rest of the experience, we waited an hour on both side, even after calling well within the 30 minute slot as requested – inflating car park fees at the airport as a result of this.

You have breached the contract, have not delivered the services that I paid for and I will be notifying my credit card company that this service was not carried out in accordance with our agreement. I am currently left out of pocket to repair this damage your supplier have caused.

Action Required:

Please provide details of your insurance company within 10 working days so that I can proceed to raise a claim for the damage outlined above.

Should you not be able to provide this, I will look to raise a case with the small claims court to compensation, I will be in a better position to estimate the total amount of repaie costs one I take my car into Land Rover for a quote.

Please note I am copying in Trading Standards and BBC Rouge Traders so that they may instigate further into as the reviews has stated the police are also looking into this matter too. Most reviews have stated Enigma Parking is fraudulent, obtain multiple speeding tickets and parking fines and return the car in exactly the same condition I’ve described above. As the agent, you should be conducting more due-diligence on your suppliers prior to matching them with customers.

Avoid!!!!! 🚫⛔🚫⛔

When booked we were under the impression that we would be driving to a car park and then have to get a free shuttle to terminal 2. Fine with us. The email said to ring when 30 mins away so we did to be told to drive to terminal 2 short stay carpark. We arrived and called a few times before being connected. We then she him in the car park but he was dealing with another car first so we had yo wait half hour before he came back for our car. He took us to the ticket machine and We then had to pay the parking ticket!
On arrival back to Heathrow we called when collecting our luggage. He said he would be half an hour. We waited about 45 mins before trying to ring him. Again it took several attempts to connect and then he kept saying 10 mins. I think we waited an hour and a half before he arrived. He then jumped out the car told us to pay online and disappeared. We then paid the short stay amount online. Now being out of pocket(yes only £10odd but still) from what was originally booked!
Fast forward a month and we have received a parking charge for parking in a hotel carpark! The times are pretty much straight after they took the car from us until they dropped it back to us! We have contacted them, he said what's app the letter and they will deal with it. The what's app has been delivered and read(2 blue ticks). Contacted them again to find out what's going on. Phone call went along the lines..."can I speak to someone in charge"..."speaking". "We've received a parking fine etc" "have you sent us the details" yes by what's app like requested" I haven't received anything" "you have as it tells me it's been delivered and read" "I haven't as I don't have what's app" "that's not what you just told me". He hung up.
Rang back "don't hang up, you've told me to send it to you..." "I'm just the driver its nothing yo do with me" "I've rang the number from the email and done what you've told me" "speak to management" what's management's number" "on the what's app" "I'm ringing the number from what's app and you're answering" puts phone down again!
So first he says he's in charge, then he's just the driver, tells me to what's app it over and then says he doesn't have what's app?!
Wish we had read reviews butbwe left it till last minute to book! I was annoyed at paying the short stay fees but this now is disgraceful! we will be taking this further! Avoid!!

Hopefully people do not read these…

Hopefully people do not read these reviews after their bad experience with this company (as I did). I did receive clear instructions on where to take the car and as asked, I rang them 30 mins before my arrival to Heathrow so they could meet me on time. I was still made to wait 30 mins upon arrival at Heathrow which was extremely annoying with a plane to catch meaning I had to rush through the airport. Whilst waiting I called the company numerous times. Every time I called I spoke to different person. Sometimes they were laughing on the phone at me (perhaps because my stress was amusing to them). Every 10 mins I was told to wait another 10 mins. I felt at that point I did not want to leave my car with these people and I was worried about my return journey already.

My flight got delayed in France and I landed back in Heathrow 7hours late 11pm. I informed them of the delays. One person I spoke to told me they do not work beyond 11pm implying I would not receive my car that evening. Thankfully someone else did return my car however the strange phone call I got before receiving my car advised me that there was a technical fault whereby they could not get my car out of the compound unless I paid £15 due to my delay. That was no problem but they couldn’t take that payment on card, it had to be cash, no receipt could be given.

I’m just relieved to have my car back in one piece but I will give this company a wide berth and would advise all to do the same.

They may be one of the cheapest airport parking services but there is a reason for it. I would seek to pay more for a better service next time

Like many others I feel scammed

Like many others I feel scammed:
The email told me to take the car to high street Harrington. When I got there I rang as I couldn't find a car park. They said to take it to Heathrow where I had to wait 30-40 minutes for them to pick up my car. I got stuck in Istanbul and was 3 days late back. Their solution was to charge me £60 cash but they refused to give me a receipt. Again, they were very late. The settings on my car had been changed. I'm still waiting for en emailed receipt. Very very poor.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE

I booked with this company to park my car while away on holiday. The address they indicated to drop the car was a car wash place. It was very dodgy looking. Someone came and said that a driver will drive us to the airport and then park the car.

When we came back, we called them to let them know that they can bring the car. While waiting for our suitcases, the driver called and said that he was in the car park and that I should come quickly because he has to go to the hospital. When we got to where the car was parked, no one was there. We had to call them and they said that the key was by the back wheel.

When I checked my car, there were scratch marks along both sides and a big bruise by the rear wheel where it seems they grazed against something. When this issue was raised with them, they denied everything and hang up. I called the police but they advised to report it online. I am not sure if I will get any result from this. Meanwhile I have to spend hundreds of pounds to get this fixed. Absolutely disgusting service.

DISGUSTING, DISGRACEFUL & CRIMINAL

My family and I booked with Enigma parking limited to park my car whilst we are away on holiday. We drove to the location they specified (87 High Street, Harlington, UB3 5D) and a driver drove us to Heathrow terminal 5 and dropped us off. The driver was to then drive the car to park it until we return.

We arrived at Heathrow Terminal 5 between 4:30am to 5am. I paid the drop off charge for that trip as advised by the driver and have email confirmation.

After drop off, my car was now in the care of Enigma parking limited. I later found out (while on holiday) that a PCN arrived at my house.

I am very angry, disappointed and frustrated about this situation. This company used my car without my permission. When I emailed them about it, they never responded. When you telephone them, they are rude and cut the call.

Absolutely disgusting service. I regret not researching the company before booking. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely disgusting service. Didn’t state that we had to go to the airport took them forever to get the car so we nearly missed checking in. had to ring them over 40 times over 3 hours when we arrived back as they either wouldn’t pick up and when they did kept saying they were minutes away but they weren’t. The guy on the phone then started to say the car would come when the moon comes up. It was a very distressing situation as we genuinely thought they had taken the car as they were making jokes about it. No doubt this is a dodgy company that will close and re open as another name and keep on doing the same thing.

ATTENTION TO ANYBODY READING THESE…

ATTENTION TO ANYBODY READING THESE REVIEWS. EVERYTHING BAD YOU READ IS FACT.
I rushed this booking through without doing background checks and paid for the cheapest service available, big mistake.
On arrival to the address, I rang and they informed me that all drivers are at T3, I need to meet them there.
I stood in the pick up drop off for 30 mins awaiting somebody to meet me. They arrived and I asked who was paying the parking ticket, we do sir was his reply.
On return I came out of T5 and went to the Valet area, I rang them they informed me that my car had been in an accident and was undrivable and that I was to go to this address and pick my car up. A £40 taxi fare later I arrive at a premier Inn.
My car, a MB CLA45 and an Audi Q7 both parked around the back carpark had been smashed up.
A vehicle had crashed into the wall, the brick wall had severely damaged both cars. The Q7 will be a write off, mine is costing £16500 and 7 weeks in a garage to repair.
This isn't attributable to Enigma, however, they had known for a week and made no contact, they didn't cover my vehicle up to stop the rain going into my car, they didn't meet me at the car to assist. They basically melted away to rob another sucker.
I still don't have a courtesy car and have missed 2 days of work.
To put the icing on the cake, I have an £80 fine, reduced to £40 if i pay within 14 days for parking charges at T3 drop off.
Normally this costs £5 on the day.
AVOID THESE BANDITS
My lesson...if you have a car that you have worked hard to get and value....don't scrimp on parking. Don't leave it in the hands of crooks.

AVOID..

AVOID..! This crowd are a total shambles.
The fee structure is opaque to say the least, (£15 'late arrival' fees for only a short delay in arrival etc).

But the worst aspect was stolen items from my vehicle - they agreed to pay compensation and then reneged on this, literally laughing at me on the phone and goading me into trying to take any action.

Listen up Enigma: I told you that I will not stop until you apologise and pay compensation. I am coming for you. You are cowboys & criminals.

An absolute disgrace
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They will tell you your battery is flat and they have to call the AA to jump start the car. Took me 3 hours to collect my car. 1/2 a tank of fuel used and they also drove 190 miles.. smells of smoke and there was food and napkins left in the car. Clearly using my car for their daily trips. Absolute crooks. Can see police are getting involved as they are full scammers.

I hope they rot in hell!
