Not recommended. Unreliable and terrible customer service
We had a bad experience with this company and cannot recommend it. The driver was nice and on time, and even waited for our delayed flight. But they did not bring a child seat for our 1.5-year-old son as requested. Since it was very late at night we had no other option but to use the service without the seat. When we complained to the company the next day all we received was a flippant response. I could have tolerated the lack of child seat with a proper apology from the company, but the egregious customer service on top of this mistake means that I am not booking the service again.
An update after the reply just to clarify some points: We did not arrive at 4 am, we arrived at 2 am after our flight was delayed, which was not our fault. We told the company about the delay as soon as we found out. They could've told us then that they could not fulfill the requirements of our request. Instead they said that it was no problem. We were thankful for the flexibility. I wrote privately to express our dissatisfaction with the lack of a child seat and only received a very unfriendly response. This response is the main reason why I wrote the review here. Mistakes happen, that is understandable, but if you cannot own them and apologize, and instead treat your customers poorly, you cross a line. And to mischaractrize what happened in the reply to my review to make me look bad is even more evidence of the poor people skills of this company. I can back up all of my claims with emails and messages.

Sir,
You constantly have a new delay and each time we have had to adapt to your changes, especially since it was at night and at night it is much more complicated to replace the drivers.
You were supposed to come at 12:15 a.m. and you arrived at 4:00 a.m. and the only thing to say is that we didn't have a chair. YES there was no high chair because your flight was delayed 3x.
Criticism is easy but understanding what is happening in the background is less visible. Most customers are understandable.
Update after your changes:
Sir, you arrived 4 hours late and we have the evidence too. We could have canceled your reservation but you begged us not to cancel your reservation because you were with a child and you will not find a night taxi. So you give us 2 stars because the REPLACEMENT driver didn't have a seat. Is this a JOKE??? You write a book for a simple child seat forget at 4 in the morning is that we see the kind of person you are. Only seeing our 200 reviews really reflects our company.
