I am an event organizer and needed to take 50 people arriving at 30+ different timings from 7am to 10pm (some people from different flights in the same car) from Brussels Airport to Schuman. Back to the airport 2 days later (groups were different). From the moment I sent the full timing to Michael and his team at Airports Shuttles Taxis, they managed EVERYTHING perfectly. They took care of everybody, nobody stayed at the airport waiting, everybody was on time at the hotel and back to the airport. Perfect on time service. Thank you!

I had the misfortune of booking these people for my flight home from Brussels. I booked the taxi early Incase there were any problems. So glad I did. We waited and waited, they didn’t arrive. I tried calling them but couldn’t speak french. I asked our receptionist to call them. She did, they said the driver had a problem he would be there soon and he would call us. He didn’t so we called again this time the man was very rude he said it was not the receptionist business and we will have to take another taxi. Not even an apology or explanation. By this time we had waited nearly an hour and if it wasn’t for the wonderful receptionist we would have missed our flight because of these people who couldn’t care at all. They knew we were going to the airport. So these people do not deserve any stars what do ever

We ordered two 8 seats cabs to go to and come back from.a party on Saturday night. One of the driver was more than 20 minutes late to pick us up. It was not really its fault since the road was blocked by a truck (although already a bit late before that) but instead of following our instructions for an alternative way he kept trying to come the same way. On the way back one of our drivers was 25 minutes late, and we were freezing outside at 5am. It was a bit annoying but we are good game and had a lot of fun teasing the drivers. Other than that, the service was great.

Very good airport shuttle at a very good price.

Very disappointed.
My flight was delayed and furthermore my luggage was lost.
It took time more 1 hour than I expected time.
I contacted the driver, firstly he promised to come back again at his designated time. But he finally didn't appear due to going to another client.
I waited for a while and finally had to use another transportation.
I complained for that situation and requested refunding (40 euros).
But finally it was rejected. They recommended the refunding from flight company .
I don't want use your service any more.

The taxi came a little bit late, but the driver called me up to inform us of the delay.

This company is not reliable. They charged my trip though nobody was waiting for me at the airport. Indeed my plane was delayed, and the driver was gone. But they did not just charged the parking ticket of the driver waiting for me, they charged the journey which did not take place. This is just unacceptable. Moreover the person I had at the phone (customer service) not only was not willing to understand the point, but was also very offensive to me. Prefer other ways of traveling from the airport.

On time, comfortable and reliable, and that at a better price than a taxi. An excellent experience and that for the 3rd time now.

Excellent service, close to perfection. Diligent and friendly driver. Waiting time for the taxi to arrive is not affecting global customer experience. Would recommend.
