Easy to book and taxi came as promised even though I booked really late the night before. The taxi driver was very helpful. I left something at the hotel and he took me back to pick it up without charging me any extra. Will use again.

Very bad taxi company myprivatedriver
I booked a taxi via myprivatedriver be I missed a non-refundable international plane ride out of Brussels, because my RESERVED taxi never showed up and I wasn't able to secure another taxi or ride in time for the check-in cutoff. After calling my third taxi service I was able to arrive at the airport 10 minutes prior to the takeoff time, which is a no go. Would this be worth attempting to bring them to small claims? do not use them is a disaster company.

Hello, after checking your order, we found that you took the payment option "pay to the driver" in this case, we always send an email and message on your phone to ask for confirmation.
This is to avoid false orders.
In both cases we did not get an answer from you.
So we simply canceled the order and an email is sent to confirm the cancellation.
Your complaint is irrelevant because you have not bothered to look at your emails and your phone.

I'm happy of the overall experience
I'm happy of the overall experience. The driver was very kind and the travel very pleasant. The only minus is that we had requested a baby seat which was not present because the system didn't transmit this information to the driver. It is the second time it happens with this company.

What a phantastic performance
We already used the Airport Shuttles several times and they were always on time. The drivers are extremely polite and helpful. The service couldn't be better. Keep up the good work.
