Professional sevice, will definitely call them again

Good service

Almost two hours late to pick me up. I booked ahead of time as I was getting into Charleroi Airport late and had to work early the next day. When I arrived no driver was there so I called the number on the email conformation, the dispatcher told me the driver should contact me any minute. I called back 20 minuted later and was told the same thing again. The driver contacted me saying he had car trouble and would be there in 30 minutes, but did not arrive until much later. We arranged for the taxi to pick us up at 22.45 and did not get picked up until 00.30. When he arrived he had someone in the front seat so the three of us were squished into the back. I was told on the phone that I would be contacted the next day for compensation, I was not. I called was told "these things happen" and that his last fare went over (different from the car trouble the driver told me) and took a few emails back and forth before they offered me a 20% refund. Will never use again.

Had problems at airport finding driver as he did not have sign.

Great service as usual. I had a return reservation and on my way to Brussels my flight was delayed and I was transfered to a later connection flight. The taxi company reaaranged my reservation accordingly and the driver was waiting for me in time at the airport. I am very satisfied by the service and I will keep recommending this company.

Fluent service. The baby seat was for an older baby than ours, but it was adequate.

The taxi was more than 15 minutes too late to pick me up for the airport . Nobody called me , not the driver and not the taxi company . I had to call the company 3 times before they told me when the taxi would arrive .

Sorry for the confusion . I am talking about the pick up at my home to go to the airport .
No information from you about your delay of more than 15 minutes .

Clean, comfortable and spacious car.
The driver was polite and drove calmly. He dropped us as close as possible to the departure zone

As usual the service was perfect. A nice new car was used. No complaints at all.
