Boy do I wish I read these reviews before purchasing. My experience is much like many others. I bought 1 100ml, 2 300ml and 1 500ml bottles of hand sanitizer. Even though I qualified for free shipping, I paid the $9.99 extra for expedited shipping. I bought on April 4th, 2020. After 4 weeks, I started emailing customer service.

Pretty sure this is a Chinese company and English is a second language for the staff. One ridiculous reply after another. Last week, I finally get a package and it contained 1 100ml and 1 300ml bottle. Now I’m fighting to get a refund. I won’t use PayPal again for stuff like this and I’ll do more research before buying from a company I haven’t heard of. They really do deserve 0 stars.

Update: Looks like they have indeed started the refund process for the items never sent. First really positive step I’ve seen.

Product ordered 3rd April and paid for expedited shipping and insurance, with promised delivery time of 3-6 days.

Apparently (if true) shipped shortly after but still in China somewhere and has not moved location in China since 10th April. Now it’s 24th May and package still at same location.

Customer service unhelpful and just restating that item shipped and they cannot cancel or change it.

Scammers and useless for everything. Save your time and money and request chargeback via Credit Card company to dispute charge.

This company is horrible... I places an order for 2 500ml bottles hand sanitizer early March & it came May 20th... I waited almost 2 months only for this BS company to give me what they wanted. They sent 2 300ml bottles & charged me for the 500ml & on top of that, both bottles had spilled out inside the package that they had wrap it in. Half of the gel was inside the dam package. Stupid MOFOS.. Be warned!!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... They don't care about good customer service... Never again will I purchase anything from them. This is the best way to get the word out about these companies that think they can do whatever they want to people after they get your hard earned money... A-wholes!!!

Pinkclassy and airygal are somehow connected. I ordered from Airygal in mid april. Paid for e3xpedited shipping. 3 to 7 days. now may 19th and nor product, no refund even though they said they would send. I had paid thru paypal so I now have a claim thru paypal. This is also a joke. I sent paypal the emails I received showing numerous times the ityenm had shipped. TRACKING NUMBER RAND ALL THE BS. I then sent them email that said they are unable to ship and they will issue refund. Now claim with paypal is about 2 weeks old or older and they finally recieved response from airygal Same BS I received showing shipped and tracking number. Go to track still does not show up. Paypal is supposedly investigating. I told them it seems to be scam and they should do something about a crooked company using there service for payments.

These people are theifs. Take your money and send fake tracking with no delivery of product

Very bad. I Spent over &40 to ordered two masks and filter on March 7 and showed I will receive those mask after one week. But I didn’t receive those masks until two months. The items I received are very bad quality and made by cheap cloth. The filter can’t be changed. It will not do anything by blocking virus. It’s scams. Don’t buy anything from them.

Dont buy from this company.Its a scam. I wouldn't even give it one star but i have to to be able to comment.

Order some supplies and was shipped a month ago. Half got returned from Customs, the other half is stuck in their local post office. They're just complete fraud and scammers to don't return anything. They don't reimburse you. All lies. STAY AWAY if you dont want to get ripped off. Reported them to my bank who refunded me.

Update

Being dealing with them since 19 of April to get my refund. After 2 weeks, still no refund even though they told me twice they have processed my refund and both times they said 3 to 7 days.
I am keeping all 59 emails as proof of thievery to contact their local police station.
There are too many chinese companies scamming these days. Stay away from ALL of them

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE DELIVERED! THEY SENT ME EMAIL SAYING MY OR WAS STUCK IN CUSTOMS TO PLEASE ORDER SOMETHING ELSE. THEY MUST THINK I'M STUPID. IF I ORDERED SOMETHING ELSE WOULDN'T THAT BE STUCK IN CUSTOMS TOO?

ZERO stars should be available as I placed a $198 order for COVID essential for my business. They say they shipped but never received and POST OFFICE SAYS TRACKING # Bogus!!!!

Their email suggests that my order was shipped as of 14 Apr 2020.

As of today (10 May 2020) I still have not received my order.
I paid for expedited shipping which was meant to take 3-6 business days.

As it has now been many business weeks, and I haven't received my order or any further communication or information regarding my order, I no longer want to receive it and require a full refund for this order.

These people are scammers, stay away. Never recieved my order, tracking number is bogus and will not answer my emails. DON'T ORDER FROM AIRYGAL.

On April 4, 202, I ordered hand sanitizer from this company. Received a confirmation with a tracking number. The tracking number indicated the sanitizer was received in Hawthorne, CA on the 16th of April, but that is it. My credit card company posted the charge, and although I sent Airygal a Customer Service request for information on the 30th of April, I have heard nothing. Today, I sent another report to their customer service, and received my 2nd Response ticket number.
I would suggest anyone consider not purchasing anything from this company. There is no phone number contact, and now wonder if my credit card company will honor my dispute with the charge. Wish I had found this site before ordering.

Now after being scammed i read how they have scammed everybody. I hope other people read these reviews first. But my bank has gotten the authorities involved. They have a large site. I hope all of them are arrested. People lets get together and send these people to investigation.

This company is the worst I've dealt with.
I made an order on March 12th, which they charged to my credit card.
As of today, May 4th, I have not received my order. I have written to them 4 times. They only answered the first 2, telling me that it was already shipped. Untrue, when I track my number, it says that they are "preparing " the order!!!
I asked for a refund and...nothing.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE!!!
IT IS A SCAM!!!!!

If I can put 0 star, then it is enough for this website. Quality is not good. Bad service. I ordered 5 items from 4/1/20, until today 5/3, only received 1 item. Not made in U.S.A items. No more order from this website
