Airygal 

The four items I bought were all one-two sizes too small. I’ve been in contact with them for a week trying to get a refund. They offered me a 10% discount to reorder or a 20% refund and I have to pay to mail it to China which will be very expensive from the USA. Why a 20% refund? I ordered from airygal and received some correspondence from them but the last few emails have been from pinkclassy. Don’t order from them!

Do not order from this company! I have never received my order and they will not respond to my request for a refund 😡

Bought a t-shirt for £15.28. They then emailed me to say that it was out of stock and that they would issue a refund. They only returned £10.78. This is a scam company and I will be reporting them to Facebook so they cannot advertise on there.

I ordered 2 shirts. They are both small for their size. Trying to find return information is near to impossible - so that shows poor customer service! They apparently don’t want to be bothered with returns-which isn’t customer friendly when you have bought something that you can’t wear bcz it is too small!

If you are thinking of ordering from Airygal just a warning if you actually read all of these reviews, they are ALL written from Indian mens accounts pretending that they have bought dresses? SCAM thank you for listening to my Ted Talk

I have ordered from airygal several times and have always been extremely pleased with my purchases. This time I had to do a return/exchange and I was so surprised at how easy and quick the process was. I was credited quickly for my return and my next order was shipped out super fast.

Love their shorts

Have gotten several shorts from here. They are very nice & comfortable.I clicked on the wrong size on one order, so I called & they fixed it before it was shipped out. They were very pleasant to deal with. The shorts are of good quality and I wear them a lot. I want to buy more soon.

A wow Company You Can Trust

All I can say is wow! I scrolled their website a few weeks ago to see marvellous bikinis that seemed to be out of stock everywhere and they we’re very informative, letting me know what their stock was like and when it would potentially be shipped to me. I recieved the dress after a week of purchasing since it was a first order, i got very exciting offers and my ship date was even moved up by 3 days!
I highly recommend them!!

My order needed to ship internationally as I live in India and it arrived in 11 days, well packaged and in good condition.

he dress was so comfortable, especially for wearing for an entire day. It was great quality and was true to size. Shipping was fast. Customer service was fantastic as they helped me pick the dress, gave advice, and answered all of my questions.  I love the look, feel and quality of this dress.

No bad experience

Never ONCE had a bad experience with them and customer service is always so kind and helpful! I always recommend my friends to shop at this website and anyone else who asks where my “cute outfits are always from” I will continue to always be loyal to them.

Be warned. This is a Chinese based supplier posing as a European / US website. A complete scam.

I bought a large order of Fortnite backpacks, assuming they were genuine. Several weeks later, the goods arrived courtesy of Chinapost. Of course they were counterfeit knockoffs, as I would imagine everything else is on their site.

Needless to say the countless emails I sent to their "customer's complaints department", offering to send the bags back for a "partial discount" (as per their returns policy), were simply ignored.

Laughably they even have a special complaints address in case of potential copyright infringement. But the whole site is a scam.
