Excellent and very professionally installed update to existing system. The engineer completed a complex process of matching older parts with the new upgrade and fully explained matters. He then fully tested the system and ensure that I fully understood everything.

Incredible service
Faisal was so helpful, he worked so hard installing all the sensors all day. Then he was available late in the evening when I made a mistake with the alarm. He was so helpful, conscientious and responsive.. I couldn’t have asked for better service

AMCO first class service
We had a problem with our alarm and AMCO sent their engineer Faisal to correct the fault. This is the second time we have met Faisal and again I can only say what a lovely young man he is. He explained everything in detail and let us know step by step what he was doing and what the fault was. A real credit to the company and a pleasure to deal with.

Faisal is probably the best technician we have seen in a long time. Very knowledgeable and able to explain problems without you needing an engineering degree! He worked quickly to repair a problem caused by a 3rd party company.

Excellent service
We have been with AMCO for 15 - 16 years and they have provided excellent advice and service throughout this time. The monitoring service is always first class , with quick responses when tested or the alarm has been accidentally triggered - fortunately not had to be tested with a break-in! They even let us know when our power went off - we were in Australia at the time, but were able to arrange someone to go round to sort out the problem before we lost our freezer contents.
We had a visit from an engineer, Faisal, today. He upgraded our main box and communication unit in a very friendly, professional and competent manner, leaving no mess whatsoever. He advised us fully of what our options were and ensured that we understood the new system and its advantages. When finished, he completed a full check of the system and explained what he was doing as he did so. Faisal is an excellent competent engineer.
We would have no hesitation in recommending AMCO .
