Second system we have purchased from AMCO. Not the cheapest products out there but you’re paying for a very good quality product. System installed by Faisal - prompt, polite, professional and fitted the system with the minimum of disturbance to our newly refurbished property. Took extra time to talk and walk us through the system. Highly recommended.

AMCO is an extremely well run company. All their personnel, or at least, all the ones I've had dealings with, are courteous, efficient, and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Our alarm system was installed by AMCO in 2015 and we have always received good professional service from all of the staff.
Unfortunately the system developed a minor hiccup recently but Faisal attended and dealt with the malfunction in no time, he also provided useful advice to modernise the system and we look forward to him returning in the near future to upgrade it.

New alarm installed very smoothly and all working well. Thanks also to Lewis the installer.

Engineer Faisal is very professional and always does a good job

1st time using this company, arrived when they said they would, Faisal our engineer was very knowledgeable, polite and explained all of the processes he went through to cure the fault on our system.

Faisal provided fantastic service when he came to fix my alarm. He was professional, efficient, and quickly identified the issue. Not only did he resolve the problem, but he also took the time to offer helpful insight and advice on maintaining the system going forward. Highly recommend—great experience from start to finish!

My engineer, Faisal, was on time, explained the purpose of the visit clearly and was thorough. Possible improvements to my system were explained to my satisfaction. All in, a very satisfactory result.

Alarm communication module developed a fault. Appointment was quickly arranged to fix. The engineer, Faisal, arrived on time and was excellent (as he was on his previous visit). He quickly fixed the fault and made sure the whole alarm system was completely up to date. He took time to explain all the testing and provided good advice regarding on going maintenance and battery replacement.

Been an AMCO customer almost 15 years, NO MORE.
I'm cancelling. Here's why.

1. TERRIBLE service.
- Never show up when they say.
- They show up and charge you and don't fix
- Claim they called when they haven't.
- Loads of excuses.

2. VERY EXPENSIVE
- Seriously, compare for yourself.
- BUT service call out charges are off the charts expensive, and terrible.

3. CONSTANT faults
- Alarm is often simply not working, (see my YouTube video)
- Alarm panel is indecipherable, even for a tech guy like me
- Sensors use obscure, expensive batteries which die all the time.
- Changing the batteries usually breaks the sensor latch (so THEY need to install a new sensor)

Liyas did the first annual system check; he was efficient and explained everything clearly.
He suggested fitting an additional sensor to increase security and when I agreed he installed the new sensor quickly and neatly.
An overall good experience with Liyas and with the AMCO system.
Would recommend and have recommended to my friend who installed an even more advanced system; she is also a satisfied customer.

Liyas did a super job installing an alarm upgrade and finding the fault on one of the smoke alarm circuits.

Your engineer Faisal was excellent in all he did and gave me some important tips about my Texecom system that I was unaware of. He is definitely top of the class. Sorry I a few days late with my review
