We have been with AMCO for several years and today had an updated system fitted. Lewis was our engineer and worked very hard over 2 days to install and on the second day resolved an unexpected issue which took extra time. Always find AMCO value for money and very helpful. Wanted to give Lewis a special mention for his attention to detail, politeness and hard work.

I found this company and it's representatives excellent in every way. From the initial contact for a quote to the final commissioning, nothing was too much trouble. When I suggested a couple of small alterations to the original design, they were willingly accepted and executed.

Phil, the engineer who fitted the system is a true professional and patiently explained all I needed to know and ensured I was happy with everything. All his work was carried out proficiently and tidily and any mess cleaned up.

The engineer Mr Faisal,attended on the 27th of Oct 25 at our property on time. Sorted out the problem and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable, and helpful.

Amco Engineer Maiwand installed a new control panel and control unit into my failed wired system today. A successful install. Engineer was excellent in explaining operation of new panel and checking alarm system performed correctly. Maiwand was polite and professional at all times. Been with AMCO more than 17 years. This time the engineer was Maiwand who upgraded the panel and smoke alarm. He was extremely polite and he did his job processionally. He explained everything before he is going to install. Moreover, he checked everything before he left.

A Mr. Engr Faisal attended on time and completed our alarm maintenance in a very professional manner. He was able to answer any questions we had and gave some invaluable advice. It was a pleasure to have him in our home.

My AMCO alarm system required maintenance , plus it had a long standing faulty component which needed replacement .
The AMCO Engineer who attended to carry out the work was called Faisal.
I can not praise the service received highly enough !
The engineer was a very tidy worker , obviously extremely competent, hard working and thorough.
He rectified several faults and upgraded my whole alarm system .
He explained was installing a C3 +1 using Wifi and GSM.
I am over 80 years of age and was treated with the greatest respect. The engineer was extremely patient explaining everything and making all crystal clear .

Maiwand was my engineer. Very polite, helpful. Explained what he was doing and didn’t leave until everything was fully sorted as there was an initial glitch with a bit of kit. He cleaned up after he’d finished. Highly recommend him.

Have been with AMCO for nearly four years. Their staff are very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. The company has a great attitude to customer service, which is rare these days. I have always been able to speak with someone when needed.

The engineer Faisal came on time. He talked us through the installation.He recommended where to place sensors for good security and installed the keypad, speaker etc neatly in hallway. A good professional job and pleased with the full installation.

Maiwand was very polite and did his job professionally and efficiently. He also explained what he was doing at each stage. He used our ladder and I was very impressed as he took it back down to the cellar before he left.

Maiwan came on time for what was thought to be short service call and hit some problems which he dealt with efficiently and with good humour.

Our engineer Maiwand was very polite and clearly explained what had been covered in the service and was efficient in completing the job.

Engineer (Faisal) arrived to sort out system installed by others which needed to be checked and commissioned. Did a comprehensive inspection and tested functionality of the existing installation. Corrected errors found and liaised with the customer to ensure requirements for operation were achievable. Made constructive suggestions for improvement which were accepted. Completed the installation and commissioning in line with time estimate and cost. Would be happy to use again, He was prepared to spend time to ensure we were happy with the system and gave sufficient guidance to operate the system. The guidance that we were given by the sales team(Marian) was also comprehensive and useful in ensuring that we ended up with the right system for our needs without any pressure sales techniques.
