When I initially called, the lady over the phone was helpful in giving advice on what needed to happen. I had an engineer booked to complete a service and maintenance on the system that is installed in the house I have just bought. Faisal the engineer arrived in the allowed time, and gave me a call 30 minutes before he arrived. Faisal changed the back up battery in the panel, reprogrammed the alarm to ensure it was all working correctly and gave me a full demonstration before leaving. Faisal also gave me some useful information about new systems on the market and how these can help to better protect me and my home in the future. Thank you for a great service all round!

Easy to book an appointment and the engineer arrived within the time window advised. Faisal the engineer who attended to fix my alarm was very polite and knew exactly what needed doing. He resolved my issue easily within the time frame i had paid for. The overall service from start to finish was impressive.

Phil was outstanding in getting our alarm system working with voice monitoring following our change over to BT digital voice. The SIM would not work because of signal strength and he tried everything without success.
Eventually he suggested getting a EE home phone adapter, which we did, and on his second visit he was able to connect via digital voice. We were greatly impressed.

Friendly, professional, excellent service from Amco as always, we have been with them many years now. Philip recently came out to repair our alarm, he arrived within the time stated and explained which parts needed replacing and why. I highly recommend them.

Philip carried out a complete service of my alarm and replaced all the batteries as several zones were showing faults. Philip was friendly and informative, I am now confident that everything is working as it should before we go away. I now intend to have system regularly serviced for peace of mind

Called AMCO security following a fault on a Veritas alarm. The responded quickly and efficiently and arranged an engineer visit. The engineer was very friendly and reset the entire alarm system, identified all of the zones and documented these. He then setup the entry and exit zones which was very helpful having just moved into house

Phil, the engineer turned up on time, very polite and helpful. Sorted the job very quickly. Asked me if I wanted various other functions activated. Explained everything fully. Very happy with the service.

Excellent service. Engineer, Maiwand, had a clear understanding of the issues around updating our alarm system and carefully explained what he was planning to do. He worked carefully and efficiently. New alarm equipment was installed with a very clear explanation of its operation. Checked system to ensure normal functioning. CCTV survey was undertaken and various options were discussed in detail and I will be progressing that installation. Overall an excellent service and very happy.

Philip explained exactly what the problem had been and what he was doing to resolve it.

Faisal was a superb installer. His knowledge and education far exceeded a normal everyday electrical engineer. He was super polite and courteous, took so much time to explain patiently to a technophobe like me. He was tidy and considerate but most of all, friendly. Our new system is slick and stylish and easy to fathom. If I could have given more stars than five I would've given ten!

Maiwand was efficient and very professional and more than anything he was very polite. Great service

Faisal Engri arrived at the Alotted time. The system is an old ystem and needed a new battery and programing. The battery was an easy task but the reprograming of the ommiting of the upper floor was more of a problem. Faisal worked hard and also managed my expectations. The system is nearly 20 years old!!! Lots of work but alas the system did not co operate. I can not say Faisal did not try but it did defeat Faisal. The system is working well and we will need to update. Would definately recommend Amco and Faisal

Our Alarm System was installed recently by a very capable Engineer named Lewis Smith, he was punctual, very efficient and courteous. The installation was extremely hassle free and there was no disruption at all.

Once everything was installed and checked, he explained the operation of the system and answered our questions clearly and effectively.

We are very happy with the product.

Phil came to fix our alarm system which was set up wrongly by the house builders.
Phil was friendly and professional and did a great job and explaining the system and the new app we now have. Thank you!

Had Philip this morning to update my alarm system for BT digital voice. He worked efficiently, quietly and was happy to answer any questions I had regarding the new system. He was polite and very professional.

The installation was quick and found the app easy to use. Philip was a great help and explained the whole process along the way. He helped with any questions or concerns we had and made the whole thing a much smoother transition to the new security system. Would definitely recommend people to use ACMO

We have just had a complete upgrade of our security system, switching over to the AJAX system. Aaron was tasked with this upgrade.
Despite it being a long day the upgrade was completed.
Aaron has been to service our old system and has been very thorough, so I was confident that he would continue the good work.
He is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain the system.
When contacting the Head Office they are always very helpful so I would recommend AMCO
