The engineer (Faisal) arrived on time, was thoroughly professional and polite throughout. He communicated very clearly exactly what needed to be done, outlined options where there were any and cost implications, and explained clearly how the system worked at the end. I would thoroughly recommend this engineer and the company.

For Texecom Prem system. First time since I moved into to my new house that the alarm system has been set up properly (3yrs!) using all features and phone app. Phil was knowledgable and extremely helpful and professional. Will use again. Thank you.

Maiwand has been on site twice this week a d really helped

We have now used AMCO Security twice for our alarm system and will continue to use them in future. We have found them to be responsive, offer good value for money and a professional service. Our engineer today was Faisal and he conducted the work efficiently and explained all the steps undertaken.

Engineer Maiwand, did very good installation very clean and tidy. He explained in detail how the system works. Very patient in showing through the App.

Engineer arrived promptly, knew exactly what he was doing, sorted the problem - job well done.

Excellent service call - explained what was wrong and spent more time than he was supposed to - to fix it

Everything was installed as agreed and excellently done by Faisal who talked me through all the steps of the install, set it up, tested and demonstrated it fully. A great job well done!

AMCO and our installer Lewis were great to deal with throughout the process. They recommended a neat and capable system and installed it quickly and professionally.

AMCO were quick to reply to initial query and efficiently arranged for an engineer to visit. Was a little apprehensive as full payment was requested up front, would have been happy to have paid a deposit. Paying up front is not good, what happens if they don't turn up or not happy with service?
All was well our engineer turned up on time, was extremely efficient and knowledgeable and very patient explaining the issue, solution, and alternatives ie if we felt we wanted to renew our system. At no point did we feel pressured into a sale he was simply giving us informed choices. Our Engineer was Faisal and I would highly recommend his service!

We had Faisal install our alarm upgrade. Great engagement, attention to detail and quality of work. Very tidy, punctual and excellent communication

I attempted to get a quote from AMCO for a hardwired intruder alarm system with monitoring.

The first attempt was by filling the contact form on their website where it said you should receive a response within 48 hours - it's been nearly a week and there has been no response of any kind from them.

I then decided to contact them by phone and was told that there were no sales persons available, even though it was mid morning when making the call, but they would ring me back as soon as someone became available.

To date, no one has phoned or emailed me from AMCO.

If this is what they think is an acceptable way of handling a potential new client, then I dread to think what their other services are like across the rest of the company. I will give my custom to a small, independent installer where I don't need to be grateful for being accepted by them as just another customer.

We had an old alarm refreshed and some cables pulled through sofits for cameras. Maiwand our engineer was really good. Very tidy, courteous, and explained everything clearly.

It did take a few trips to get everything finished though and I feel the engineer could've been allowed a bit more time for fault finding and troubleshooting in the allowed hours. It was getting late the first time so should've been given a bigger window starting earlier. That meant the camera work was pushed back as it was also dark.
