We had an upgrade to our system today carried out by Faisal.
Faisal did a great job in upgrading our system to Com 3+1. So now we still have a monitoring system but without having to use the landline. Faisal also replaced the battery in the control panel. Faisal is an efficient engineer who is courteous at all times.
We would highly recommend him

A very good experience and excellent service from Engineer Faisal. A temporary fault with the monitored alarm system promptly repaired with a new keypad. All work carried out promptly and efficiently and fully explained.

Phil was on time, knew his job and was very efficient. He had the alarm I inherited from a home purchase where I was told "the alarm has never worked" into being fully functional, tested and demonstrated within an hour.

Faisal was a lovely guy. It was a pleasure to have him working in our house. He spent a lot of time and effort to ensure that our system was working correctly. He was a perfectionist and was determined to ensure that everything worked correctly. He certainly seemed to know his job and how to overcome the problems, which he explained very clearly and succinctly. We are very grateful that he has got our system working and put our old fogeys minds at rest

We had Faisal come to fix an issue with our home alarm system. He was punctual and had great customer service throughout and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up exactly as we needed. Would definitely recommend Faisal to anyone, he is a real asset to the company.

Engineer arrived today to offer us a 6th year service on our system that was showing a few errors. He called us en routh to advise us of his arrival time...Tick. Very polite and attentive chap , answerd all our questions and ensured all the systems were operational. 10/10. For AMCO and Maiwand.

My second time using Amco as l have an account with them, and l could see a tamper warning alert on my panel plus l wanted them to try to program a code in, that we've never had for the alarm. Faisal, our engineer, came promptly, was able to swiftly sort out the tamper alert, and patiently and efficiently worked out how to enable us to change the code, on a system he was unfamiliar with. He was very professional, friendly and competent. He talked my husband and l through the full workings of the panel and made a few necessary adjustments which will give us peace of mind in our home security. I can definitely recommend Amco Security and of course we will continue to use them in future!

Had our installation by Faisal. Head Office had mixed up the order but he went out of his way to source the correct parts. Came back on Sat to complete the job. Work was of the highest quality. Tidied up after him. Went through the manual alarm & app settings. Couldn’t rate him highly enough

Very poor company to trade with. If you live on your own don't ask for an alarm to make you feel safe. They will give you a system with no outside bell, no ways of picking up breaking windows and no panic alarm. Plus just in case you don't get informed they will screw sensors into your PVC without asking permission.

They won't try and rectify anything or offer you any compensation as the customer is wrong and they are right.

Surely that's the right way round? Oops no it's not.
Then if you want to lodge a complaint they don't have a form.
