Excellent service would recommend and use again only one little complaint but not really Alexander Jewellers fault . DPD wouldn't leave even though I had instructed as they said it required signature as high value item , my order was only £37 think they went more by where it came from so was late delivered but I will know for future ref 😃👍

Ordered a Longines Hydroconquest which was at least 10% cheaper than anywhere else I could find, plus used a promotional offer which made the watch an absolute bargain, especially with the free delivery. Even though the delivery option was 3-5 working days, the watch arrived next day by DPD, very well packaged and all properly sealed with protective covers and stamped warranty card. An absolutely top notch experience, I will use them again.

I don't normally give reviews but feel I have to as the service was so great. Package arrived on 3rd day after ordering and that was after a lovely lady called Jaqueline had to contact me as I hadnt put full address on my order. Packaging was very secure and my links of London bracelet was packaged beautifully in box and the gift bag was also put in parcel for me to use which was a nice surprise. Great service and best price by far when checking Internet. Would definitely recommend and would definitely buy from Alexanders again.

This is the second purchase I have made from this jewellers and once again not disappointed. Efficient and fast service delivery and you know you are getting your purchase at the best price. I recently bought a ring from a local jeweller and this site had the very same ring at half the price I paid! The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because the courier had the wrong house number listed. I will certainly be checking out their site first for any future jewellery purchases. Very impressed.

What I saw and prices ok am considering a purchase

I started attempting to buy a bracelet for my girlfriend for Xmas earlier this week, and for some reason it would not go through and it was the last one. I spoke to a very helpful and supportive member of staff called Jackie through email. She helped guide me through the buying process and as stated the card just would not work, bearing in mind this bracelet was the only one left in the collection my girlfriend needed. Attempt after attempt turned into days and still nothing, but with each attempt and fail Jackie was there making sure that the much needed item was there and would keep putting it back on after the failed attempt as it would go out of stock once I'd tried to buy it.
Finally today I got it right and got the item and without the support of Jackie and her confidence of me getting the bracelet I would of personally had a meltdown, but she went beyond her duty knowing the story behind me wanting it and helped reassure me throughout everything!
I can't recommend this jewellers enough and the staff come second to none when it comes to personal service and helpfulness.
Thanks to this amazing staff member and jewellers in general my girlfriend will be having the Christmas of a princess, again to all involved thank you!!

I ordered my watch on Thursday night and it arrived this morning (Saturday). The watch was far cheaper than on any other jeweller (£124 cheaper than Ernest Jones) including the grey market websites, which don't offer a manufacturer's warranty - my watch arrived with a fully stamped warranty. I am extremely happy with the watch and would not hesitate to use Alexander Jewellers again. Excellent.

Looking to purchase a Christmas present for my daughters. Contacted the customer service helpline to find out extra info on this particular item and was given a full description in English terms. Will not hesitate to use this reparable company.

Bought a Longines watch for my sons 18th Birthday and price was excellent. Had a slight issue and they were brilliant. I really can't thank them enough. Keep up the top customer service as I will definitely be back for more in the future! Thanks to Nicola and Jackie.
