Ordered a bracelet on-line at 2pm yesterday and was delivered at 10:30 this morning. Fantastic communication throughout from initial order confirmation then an email to confirm dispatch & a text message this morning telling me it would arrive between 10:30 - 11-30. Would not hesitate to recommend!

I was looking for a special Rado watch and after being let down by the Ernest Jones website - which basically doesn't tally up to its stock warehouse - I came across Alexander's Jewellery who had the watch I wanted for a cheaper price. I then found the watch slightly cheaper on another site and noticed that Alexander's have a price match service.

Emailed them to request a price match - got a response the very same day (a Sunday!) and bought the watch on the Monday which was then delivered on the Tuesday.

I can't emphasise just how helpful and quick to respond they were during in this transaction. The watch is perfect and it was a great price.

Also, nice to see that they are just a little high street shop based in Oldham with an online presence, so it's great to support a local, small business in the process.

I was looking for a watch for my wife. I found the watch on the website at a great price and ordered it. I then got a phone call informing me that they were in the middle of updating the website and some items had wrongly been advertised. I was immediately offered a full refund or an alternative choice. I then asked if they would be able to get the watch I ordered as this was the one she wanted. The representative (Dan) informed me they would check and get back to me the same day. As promised Dan phoned me back and informed me that they could get the watch, but it would take a couple of weeks which was fine with me. Dan kept me informed regularly by email of the status of my order. The watch arrived within the 2 week period delivered by RM Signed For. In all, a lovely watch at a great price, delivery was free using a premium service and the communication aspect from Dan was second to none. I would happily recommend this Jewellers to anymone. I will no doubt be back in the future for another purchase.

Found Alexander Jewellers on a Google Search as I was looking for a specific Pandora Charm that most places were out of stock of. Alexander had the item in stock. Their website was very easy to use. I had a few questions regarding my order which were answered with minutes by a phone call from the store and email. Staff even asked me if my items were for gifts and would I like the charms putting on the bracelet and the item gift boxing - no extra charge! I didn't select express delivery but even so my items arrived the next day. Brilliant!
