Bought a Hugo Boss watch for my son and was extremely impressed by the product , the price and the customer service . I highly recommend this company

My watch arrived the following day via DPD within a 1 hour window which was notified to me early in the morning, very convenient! Took a great deal of 12 months 0% which was quick and easy to do on their website and Alexanders called me twice regarding the order with a query which was much appreciated. They also adjusted the metal strap and still got the order out that day! I would highly recommend them and having seen other reviews on here it would appear that the high standard of service I received is the norm for them. Nearly forgot, they were also the cheapest for my watch that I could find. What more could anyone want!

Received fantastic customer service from Nicola. Really recommend this company. I had to return an expensive watch as it wasn't the right size, I received my money back quickly and staff were incredibly professional, helpful and friendly.

Yes I love the watch, yes I loved the price, yes the delivery was very fast... but best of all they made me feel that I was important, not just my money.

I placed an order for this item after double checking on the chatline that it was the genuine article because the price was very competitive. It was well packed and after very accurate delivery advice in two e mails DPD arrived on time 28 hours after my order. This service far exceeded my expectations and is very commendable.

I purchased a Longines watch from Alexander Jewellers all done through the internet. I had a few questions and concerns initially that were all answered very quickly by Danial. The watch was delivered to me both packaged secure and within the ordering time stated. Couldn't ask for more and cannot fault the service in any way. Love my Rotary watch which my children have bought me for Christmas, just as described. Arrived the very next day, great service! It was a great price much cheaper than anywhere else. I was kept informed throughout the whole process by email regarding order, delivery etc. which is so reassuring. I wanted a Hugo boss watch for my boyfriend searched everywhere for one Alexander were the only shop that had it in stock and it was the cheapest!! Which was a bonus!!
Had a few questions first about delivery which I got a reply to so quickly I was amazed at the service. When I did get the Watch (next day delivery didn't cost me extra) I'm very fussy so I wanted to change something messaged the got a very quick reply on how I could do that decided to drive down as I wasn't too far away. Nicola who I spoke to was more than helpful I got the watch sorted and even treated myself to some earings 😆.

I was searching on the web for a Hugo Boss watch. I stumbled across the Alexander Jewellers website. The deal appeared to be too good to be true, so I emailed customer services. Dan was extremely prompt with replies and reassured me. I ordered the watch and it arrived the next morning.

I had ordered a watch from another supplier, because it was slightly cheaper and they let me down at the last minute. I contacted Alexanders ( Dan) who confirmed availability and that they would provide next day delivery ( Saturday) at no extra charge. The watch arrived as promised, my daughter was very happy - Alexanders saved the day - Thankyou.

I'd seen a Rotary watch that I wanted to get for my dad's 60th birthday in a high street jewellers for £99 but after a quick search online of the product code, Alexander's came top of the list at half the price! Plus reasonable next day delivery charges. Just a shame I couldn't get free delivery as I was 5p short of the free delivery price!

I checked them out and didn't hesitate ordering this special gift from them.
