Watch out of stock - birthday ruined
I have ordered a Hugo Boss watch on a Saturday, paid for it, site sent me the automated confirmation. Only that on Monday morning they let me know, they actually have no stock and they will not have any. Got a refund, but spent the entire weekend being really glad, that my husband will be really happy about the watch. Then on Monday had to find something else quickly - thanks for that Alexander Jewellers, it's a priceless experience for my husband's 40th :((

I ordered charms Pandora. The good choice, is discounts for goods. It is convenient to pay a credit card. At the order at once will minus VAT! It's cool! Goods qualitative. The order is expedited. Thanks! I will order else and also I will advise friends.

Great, genuine and speedy service
I ordered a watch on line for a friends birthday and I ordered the incorrect one. I was already cutting it fine on the timescales and sent them an email late one evening asking for help and advice. I got an immediate response and help the next day to ensure I got it right. They were great at helping me return the original and got the right watch out in no time at all.
I had no issues with the product but the genuine care I received will ensure I use them everytime. I never have the time to write these things but they were so great I have made sure I return the favour!
