I bought a seat cover for a 4ft bench…
I bought a seat cover for a 4ft bench seat. The product is fine but the delivery was a disaster. The order was placed in July 2025 but not received until 22nd January 2026 following delays importing the product from China. I commend the company for periodically notifying me of the delays but if ever there was an example of why we should be manufacturing products in this country rather than abroad this is it. This delay meant that my bench seat has been exposed to the elements at the time of the year when it needed to be covered up and I have been unable to apply the preservative treatment which I have bought from you.

The initial sales experience was good…
The initial sales experience was good but this product took 4 plus months to get here. The sales team did keep me updated but the delay was very disappointing.
Having received the order in January 2026 it meets the specifications but is vastly inferior in quality to the original cover purchases in 2020.

I waited several months to receive my…
I waited several months to receive my order because the shipping container in which my items were being delivered was held up by a strike in a foreign port and then by a long drawn out customs check. Not Alexander Rose' fault and I was offered a refund by their customer services, however it took a long time for their customer services to find out what was happening, so not a good experience on this occasion. However I have bought several products from Alexander Rose and the quality is excellent and I would order from them again.

Super comfortable chairs
Super comfortable chairs exactly as we wanted them. The back cushions are fiddly to fit but we're getting better with practice. We had some issues with the legs but these were resolved quickly and effectively by the AL team who were great. Other than that its well made and should outlast us!

Quality maintenance materials for quality furniture
Having bought their high quality garden bench earlier, I was pleased to find they sold a range of materials to maintain the furniture in “top nick”.
The fluids were well packed and delivered well within the timescale promised. They are easy to apply and hopefully will keep the woodwork looking its best.
