Pick up for coach on time, great driver, never touched our luggage all done for us, good journey to our destination, plenty of stops, comfortable coach, went to Torquay, stayed at hotel Regina beautiful location lovely room with a view, food, entertainment, staff excellent, trips very well organised overall a great holiday, first time with Alfa can't wait for the next one, 5 stars well done.

Just home from Queens Hotel Blackpool after a weeks stay, I would like to thank all staff for their wonderful professionalism. I loved my stay sleeping in a fab comfy bed and I must say the food was exceptional too.
Easy access to get around bus /tram stops all nearby.

We were first pick up took awhile on feeder bus to get to where we joined our coach to IOW.Journey from there to hotel was good Bill our driver very good and coach was comfortable. Arrived safely at hotel Bayshore in Sandown.We were very impressed with the hotel we had a Seaview room and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly. The resturant was excellent the choice of food was really good and presentation and quality was excellent.All the staff couldn't do enough for you. The journey home was good and our feeder coach from service station to Bedford was a lot quicker than going well done to our driver (can't remember his name) took a much quicker root.This was our first Alfa holiday and we will look forward to our next one.

Great hotel in a good location on the promenade. Helpful friendly staff and the food was excellent. Even Alfa coaches are a cut above the rest.

Why I’ve given 4 stars is because ( group of 4) we were seated 4 different times for our meals, also the young waitress that was serving us brought our meals out at different times didn’t clear our starter plates before trying to put down main meal . Eventually we got a lovely waiter called Harry ( couldn’t do enough)
The hotel was lovely ,the rooms spotless, entertainment fab

Hotel in lovely location. Weather pretty good. Beach beautiful Trips out good. Food good with choices.

I didn't like the entertainment being in the restaurant. Chairs and tables being moved into place whilst people still eating. Breakfast rushed as we were on second sitting at 8.40am with trips out at 9.30am. Marmalade, etc cleared away early.

Made the journey so interesting and the info about places we were passing through. The hotel is in a beautiful location. Food was great but more staff in restaurant were required. Cleanliness in rooms was to a high standard but overall could do with some refurbishment.

The staff very friendly and helpful. Room 14 needs privacy curtains as it looks on to the main road, also the windows need more opening lights especially during the hot weather. Coach journey very well organised and a friendly. Because of traffic holdups some trips were not as planned.

Excellent driver really helpful. Lovely hotel.

London tour including (Buckingham palace,Windsor,& St Albans on the 27/7/26.
The journey was fine apart from the drivers jokes
Then arriving at the denham hotel out in the middle of nowhere ,room was fine ,but the evening meals was a real disappointment,the food was awful and not cooked to a decent standard and the sweets were not defrosted
Correctly,I ended up having a couple of potatoes and 2 tomatoes for my meal ,I was not the only one who complained about the situation also they had high tables and stools in the dining room which was a disaster for a bus load of old age people and the last night they had a large party of guests in the dining room and could not cope with the amount of food required
As we often use alfa for our hols which are always value for money this was a huge disappointment

4 times had to have the room sprayed for ants
Every night had a continual noise was told it was air in the pipes which is a big job so they could do nothing about it
Food did not have a lot of choice starter was 3 types of salads mains spicy food but none of it was to a good standard
Coffee machine constantly broke down
Final morning no cups or glasses only paper cups. The waiter told me all glasses had been broken and they were waiting for a delivery of new ones
On the final night I had to purchase a meal for £19 because the choices were nothing we could eat
No room service until you complained about the ants and the noise
Very disappointed with the holiday after previously enjoying two Alpha holidays and having booked another for new year the hotel was in the middle of nowhere with no where to go and no entertainment
However can’t fault the coach or the driver

Had a lovely holiday to Northumberland with an excursion out every day. Coach was comfortable, driver friendly and helpful. Trips out were great.

Third party coach company driver had never been Eastbourne and joked he gets paid to get lost.Which he did on the priory/ battle trip which in my opinion was a complete waste of time nothing there worth seeing.Brighton was a good trip but he had to follow the other Alfa coach to get there.The food was not as good as previous Alfa holidays gammon steak was just a thick slice of bacon not a steak.would I travel with you again. Iwould have to think about that. We travelled from Falkirk which is long journey. Alan gardner

We stopped in shanklin. Hotel was good. Food was good. Entertainment was ok. The trips out were ok apart from ventnor. It was shut. If it was open,it still wasn't worth going. I'm sure there are better places to go. Driver was good.

From booking the holiday, the lady was very helpful, the feeder drivers are friendly and helpful. Then when you get on your holiday coach, Dave is friendly , helpful and cheerful. The hotel is fantastic. Meals are very good and the staff are pleasant and friendly.

Staff excelllent also coach driver very good we came last year to weymouth and have booked to go again next year and we are booked to go to bogner this october !!!

Really enjoyable holiday. My stay in the Isle of Wight at the Bayshore Hotel was enjoyable. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. The location of the hotel was great. Unfortunately on arrival I had difficulty locating my room 211 was tucked away!. There were no instructions for using the shower and unfortunately just as I thought the temperature was good, it went to freezing cold!! The driver Kevan was a good driver safe and respectful. However he did not point out many places of interest and his jokes were a bit offensive. Also I forgot to pack a dress I had taken. I called the hotel but sadly it was not handed in. A hard lesson for me to learn. I have been with Alfa a few times now and will continue to use Alfa in future. Thank you

New coaches and expert drivers with plenty of information and banter. Adequate time allowed at destinations. Fellow travellers were good company. Hotel very well-located, comfortable, and staff most helpful. Decent food.
Minus point - feeder coach journey from Burtonwood was horrendous, took nearly 2 hours. Hopefully this will improve when Rivington hub in action.

The holiday to Llandudno from start to finish was excellent.The hydro hotel was very good the staff were very friendly and our coach driver was very friendly and polite also very helpful.will always travel with Alfa.EXCELLENT.
