We were having a nightmare with both blocked toilets and a new born, Trevor was second to none, arrived at the property at 8am as promised and straight away sorted the blockage with ease! I called Homeserve to report a leak in the kitchen sink. A few hours later Russell called me to say he was 10 mins away. He arrived on time. Russell was very friendly and respectful taking his shoes off as he entered my home. He listened to me as I explained the problem and fixed the leak within minutes. Russell then tested to check the leak was resolved and also asked me to check for myself. Russell was professional, friendly and very experienced as he sorted the problem efficiently. Thank you.

I was really happy with the quick service provided by Charlie sorting out a blocked toilet. He had all the equipment including a vacuum to quickly unblock it, and a brand new pipe to replace the existing one. No waiting around for parts. All sorted in less than an hour.

Jess did a tricky repair on our heating pipes and avoided lifting our floors which we thought may need to happen. She left the area clean and tidy and was great at explaining what she was doing.

We needed help with blocked drainage, it was horrible because everything was coming up into our garden. Trevor arrived, he is so knowledgeable, very helpful, got rid of the blockage, more importantly found the cause of the blockage. Years of build up of fat due to previous owners/tenants pouring fat down the drain. At least we now know what's wrong and we can start looking at options/solutions, which were also provided by Trevor. Top quality customer service from professionals. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience. Customer service was exceptional, and Trevor managed to fix our external drain problem within minutes despite previous attempts from other companies.

A Lings were called initially by my insurance company when I had water dripping through the ceiling from a blocked pipe under the shower and they provided a temporary fix. Charlie came back to fix the blockage and ensure that there was no further leaking; he was efficient, fixed the problem, demonstrated to me that it had been properly fixed and explained everything to me. Highly recommend.

I had a minor disaster at home, faulty boiler and a leaking radiator pipe all in the space of 30 mins. From my initial call with Chloe to Myke the engineers visit. The service was faultless, I really can’t speak highly enough of Myke, he was reassuring, polite and unbelievably helpful. His service was way beyond my previous experience with any tradesperson that has had the misfortune to visit my home. He was a credit to the company. We are all quick to criticise poor service, but we should also be mindful to acknowledge exceptional service - which this was. Even after my second call with Abby to report my leaking radiator, all I received was reassurance and support from her too. Finally, back to Chloe who was grateful for my call this evening and assisting me in providing this platform to leave feedback. Thanks again.

I met Russel twice on the first occasion to deal with a leak and diagnose the cause. This he did quickly and efficiently A part was needed that had to be ordered. This was managed swiftly and efficiently and he then returned to complete the job. He kept me informed at all stages of the process. The job was completed efficiently and all waste removed. He was extremely polite and courteous and clear in his communications I would very happily recommend his services to others

Russell replaced my kitchen tap, not an easy job as I have a belfast sink. Russell was extremely helpful, professional, passionate in his job. A charming and polite man.
