We were in the Tottenham Court Road branch. Staff were amazing I am 51 and didn’t feel out of place at all. Very clean and airy. Quick service and reasonably priced

Chicken and avocado salad. Salad was dried and old. Avocado was past its sell by and chicken was tough. Had I not have already paid on their app I probably would have queried. Would not recommend.

I have just been to Trafford Centre branch for lunch with my friend.
I ordered crushed avocado and feta on toasted sourdough. They served me a single, thin small slice of it and charged me £8.50. I have never complained about portion size of food anywhere before as I'm not a big eater, but in this occasion, I have to say the price was so inflated. It certainly puts me off to go there again.

What’s wrong with a laminated menu you can only look at a menu on an app

Last time ever I visit an all bar crap
You order via the app and then if you want more drink you have to do it via the app and if you want dessert you have to open the app again.
Also you have to pay before you even get your food and they have the audacity to ask for a tip before you even get your food. Customer service horrendous

All Bar One - Northcote Road! Went there on a Saturday with few friends, spent about 500£+ on food and drinks (which we waited for 20 mins each round) and the assistant manager (Lanna I believe) decided to come outside and rudely tell us “we close in 15 mins the outdoor area just so you know” and left without apologising or offering us another place inside. We were made to drink in a rush when it wasn’t our fault that we waited SO LONG for 4 cocktails, and when we complained about the service she said “well everyone is waiting, we are short staffed”. That is not how you treat customers regardless. I will never ever go to one if the branches again, especially this one.

Visited the one in London Bridge and the service from a lady called Lee was fantastic.

She went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and I cant wait to go back

Food still displayed on the menu is no longer available in restaurant. Food is dry. Croissants arrived burnt. Only consolation was the coffee.

When booking you can only make an enquiry which they come back two days later to say sorry fully booked for the time chosen. By this time everywhere else is fully booked. Unless you make multiple bookings at different times you stand little chance unless you hit lucky. All other venues appear to have used technology and are able to confirm within minutes. Come on All bar one get your finger out!

I visited the All Bar One in Wimbledon was a nice experience until some awful man made a scene and the young girl serving him was trying to explain the system of ordering he became uptight and shouted at her a name I cannot put on here but starts with a c ****. How disgusting do you not think bouncers or a male should of be on the premises to back up the staff disgraceful

Went to all Bar One at Brindley Place Birmingham, we sat outside as inside is closed at the moment and there was absolutely no heating it was cold and uncomfortable they’ve made no effort during this pandemic for outside eating or drinking would not recommend this place at the moment.

Great service! Our server sofea has been lovely and friendly!

Had a blast for my brothers birthday at all bar one in Shoreditch. Was a bit of a crazy one if you know what I mean. Don't go here for a quiet drink any time after 6pm as it goes crazy in there!

Really disappointed in our experience at AllBarOne (York) - my sister is recovering from an 11 year eating disorder and is therefore careful about the food she chooses. We chose five small plates to share between us, and for two of the plates it didn’t specify on the menu that they were deep fried. They were the two plates she was going to have for her meal - we politely asked if they could swap it for something not deep fried (as they hadn’t been touched) and the manager told her she had to pay for a chicken breast. The lady wasn’t understanding about this sensitive issue, and blamed this on us for not asking questions about the food!
When they finally brought the food out, I had finished my meal so overall it wasn’t an enjoyable experience. We will not be returning.

Awful experience no heaters supposedly froze to death for 2 hours

Visited all bar one 02 and was greeted by a lady Sharon who was amazing very welcoming ! The food was amazing she made surly we had everything as we had a baby with us. The COVID Guidelines were spot on. We will definitely be coming back.

Had a lovely breakfast at All Bar One Wimbledon. Lovely food and very relaxing. Andy was very welcoming and friendly- will definitely be back!
