It is such a joy to be going out again, after all the lockdowns and restrictions. All Bar One had always been a favourite and, over the last few months, we have been to the Kingsway, the Regent Street and the County Hall branches. In each case we have felt completely confident re the COVID precautions. the menu gives plenty of choice (love the gyozo) and the service is good. Would give five stars but I dislike the pressure to use the app, and order at the bar, as opposed to being given a menu and have someone come to the table to take our order.

Lovely night at All Bar One! Idman was especially attentive and really friendly :) x

Visited the restaurant in Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. We were a large party of 14. What a dump! The furnuture was falling apart, the Ladies Toilets were absolutely disgusting. Cobwebs. Leaks, full overflowing Toilets. Didnt look like they had been cleaned for a week! The food was good but the Music was so load we couldn't have a conversation unless we shouted. In all a bad experience and won't be returning.

Previous visits to All Bar One Aberdeen have been good. Unfortunately last nights occasional was not very good at all and will make me think twice about going back.

Music way too loud making it virtually impossible to have a discussion.

Ordering App didn’t work with no indication that the order had actually failed to go through.

Very slow delivery of drinks orders made directly to the staff.

Table (that I had booked beforehand) was jammed in between pillars with no real room around it.

Visited All Bar One in Gun Wharf P’mouth.
Considering it’s amazing prime location & opportunity to stand out amongst the many competitor restaurants it chooses not to.
It was the staff that made our experience good. They were welcoming, friendly & helpful. Thank you.
The real sad observation esp in high contamination times was the state of the ladies toilet. All hand wash was empty bottles, toilet rolls put down toilets? Dirty & desperately in need of redecorating. No hand sanitising to be found.
Not a good standard at all & reflection on other areas of the resturant. Shame. ☹️

Had lunch at Edinburgh Airport All Bar One ordered the Rib Eye steak knowing that Rib Eye can be a bit marbled with fat. Unfortunately for me my Rib Eye was more fat than steak.

When I spoke to the waitress they immediately rectified this and removed the cost from the bill to their credit they could see exactly what I meant and there was no issue with them sorting it out.

To top that all off I then left my phone on the table at which point they put out a whole announcement and called me back to collect that.

5 stars to all especially the waitress who found my phone.

Thank you to all concerned for fixing out the steal issues and finding my phone.

Visited all bar one in Cambridge today. After being shown to our table we were advised to use the app or place order at the bar.
I downloaded the app on their free Wi-Fi and ordered our food and drinks. It wasn’t busy but after a long wait checked our order had been received. They confirmed receipt of the ordered however it had been delayed.
The drinks arrived at the same time as the meal, but I’d ordered sweet potato fries and they’d brought me chips. The manager sorted it out apologised and produced the right sides.
The quality of the meal was very good and we were offered a round of drinks as an apology. We had 2 halves of larger.
This is the only reason it’s 4* and not 5*.
Will definitely go back

All Bar One in Covent Garden.....
Shocking all round and absolutely no customer service at all.
Table we were to be seated at was vaguely pointed out to us.... menus were thrust on to the table and we were told to scan the code to order. App was not working so eventually managed to get a waitress over to ‘help’ us. She tutted out loud when my phone was not fast enough for her.
App continued to not work and nobody was available to advise after 20 mins of waiting and asking for help.
Toilets were dirty and busy.
Restaurant was far too noisy and nobody seemed to care about the diners. It seemed to be ‘order a take away in a restaurant’. Would far prefer to order a take away from the comfort of my own home. Not what you expect when dining out at all. We were so frustrated by the app and lack of support that we left before ordering anything and found a fantastic independent alternative.
I would be very surprised if any staff members even noticed us leaving. I have been a frequent guest at multiple All Bar One restaurants in the past and have loved my experiences. This has put me off for life ,and it is safe to say I will not be visiting one again. I’m not sure if the company has got it all wrong (I know how hard it’s been with Covid) or this particular restaurant is just lacking in customer care but it was hugely disappointing.

Had a terrible experience at All Bar One Southampton. We waited 45 minutes for food - I order katsu curry and my chicken was completely RAW. I didn’t want to eat anything else after that so I had to request a refund. We were then told a waiter would be sent over to take dessert orders (on the house). After waiting 15 minutes nobody came over, so I requested a full refund for the bill and left.

Appalling value for money.
Please post a picture of your ''bacon sandwich'' - a dry piece of toast with a streaky bacon slice - for 2, with coffee, £19.50 !!
Stop trying to distract people with silly shot glasses with smarties and stick with your core product !!
We couldn't eat it at all. Terrible. Don't go there - and the worst of it - you JUST DON'T CARE. If you want to make amends I'll give you my email address ! (bit not holding my breath).

Very poor experience at Portsmouth Gun Wharf quays. App only service suggestion at reception while most others had table service. Table dirty and covered with beach sand from previous customers. Main course served before starter. Feta beet and walnut salad served with no feta. Had to ask for Feta separately No salad dressing available. unfriendly waitress. Won’t rush back here.

Brilliant venue, and our host was fantastic. Lovely food plus a fast & efficient service.

Visited All Bar One New Street Station Fri 23/7/21.
No masks worn by bar staff, only one member of the waiting staff wore a mask when serving food to table.
No toilet paper in ladies nor hand towels as hand dryer not working. All in all very disappointed ☹️
