Celebrating my best friends birthday in Chester, lovely weekend until when we were ready to leave we paid our bill and then went to the toilet before going onto our next reservation at another bar and as we walked down the stair and to the door to leave. I believe it was a manager as he was dressed in a shirt and trousers whilst waiting staff wore a uniform; ran across the restaurant accusing me and my friend of not paying our bill which was very loud in front of the whole restaurant and bar which you could appreciate is very embarrassing and belittling to do such a thing so openly without making sure. I said to the member staff we had paid to which he replied “no you haven’t paid at all you were sat on table 25 and that has not been paid” so he was then calling me a liar not being polite and saying something of the lines of I’m sorry can you point out the member of staff who gave you your bill - he point blank embarrassed me further. I then said again yes we have paid and I had to look around the bar to spot the waitress who we asked for the bill and then the girl who actually took the payment, she came over and I asked her to confirm that I had infact paid my bill and obviously she confirmed that we had definitely paid. This man who accused us of not paying said wait there and then took the girl over to the till to check whatever they were checking and then came over and said “oh yeah you have paid it was the table next to you that hasn’t” at no point did he apologise for embarrassing me and my friend in front of the whole restaurant for failing to pay our bill.

I was absolutely disgusted with our experience and will never return

Oleh at Butlers wharf London made our day very special when we visited yesterday. We were a group of 7 there as a memorial celebration for our late friend. He was so attentive , professional and thoughtful the whole afternoon. A great credit to the bar. We visit the same date every year but he made this year the best visit. Thank you Oleh!

Bottomless brunch - the food was terrible, despite pre-ordering the food was over an hour late, cold and like cardboard. Very disappointed when paid £34. Not worth the money.
The first drinks did not come out till 20 minutes into the bottomless brunch either.
The waiter did his best but the process was at fault.

Wonderful experience and was certainly helped by Noah our waiter on the night. I must say the whole restaurant was efficiently run by just four members of staff, namely Noah, Alice, James and Jack. All were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Customer service was second to none. Food and drinks were served quickly and professionally by Noah. They all are a credit to your company, especially the gem that is Noah ! Customer service 110% . Lovely relaxing evening in a very ambient setting.

So we had a voucher for food or drink and decided that we did not like what was on the menu, so asked to order some desserts and two glasses of wine but they declined to serve us as we had a child (11years old) and told us we all needed to order main meals. This resulted in an embarrassing exit as we were made to feel unwelcome.
I asked where this was displayed on the menu and the waiter just shrugged his shoulders. Not a family friendly place and I grudge that we still have to spend a voucher bought as a gift. Not worth the visit folks.

I had visited All Bar one at Regent street. The ambience and the place was fitting but the food and probable service was a let down. I ordered for a “ vegetarian pad Thai “ it was disappointing it had fish odour to it. This was brought to the attention of the steward and service staff but they did nothing about it the dish was taken away with just a small spoon eaten. There was no apology no replacement or no alternate option provided by the staff. I requested the dish to be taken away and that was all that was done.
If at any other restaurant or diner I would most likely have a replacement or an alternate sorted by the staff.
Overall despite of it being a high standard place it was an unexpected let down and it totally fell short of expectations.

A … Super massive big-huge shout out to managers Emily and Remee , who provided excessively compassionate service, and a level of professionalism seldom seen in British - much less London - hospitality venues nowadays!

Owing to my mistake whilst using the App, I nearly lost my order of food and drink, but Emily and Renew saved my night. As such my brother and I enjoyed a great meal, in clean and friendly surroundings; one could not ask for more.

Tried All Bar One Trafford Centre. Had a delicious well presented lunch. But the experience was certainly helped by Amy and Alex. Their customer service was second to none. Amy greeted us with a lovely welcoming smile and was so approachable. Food and drinks were served quickly and professionally by Alex who was most helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for both girls. Please be assured they are a credit to your company. Customer service 110% . Lovely relaxing lunch in a very ambient setting.

We went to All Bar One in Waterloo on Sunday (17 Dec 2023). It was the worst restuarant experience I have ever had. First they were struggling with eggs and used that as the excuse why there was such a delay. Than after an hour, we are told there is no French toast, even though there are a number of other people we could see that was being served French toast. How it takes an hour to tell the customer this, is beyond me. For my 6 year old son, we had to insist they please bring his food now, as we have been waiting so long. Eventually they bring two burnt sausages. We demanded a refund and the waitress couldn't seem to care less about their terrible customer service. What an awful establishment. Very slow, pathetic service and they couldn't care less about their customers. Stay clear.

Amazing cocktail masterclass with Joe!! Had a fab time, he showed us cocktails with his expertise and precision. Such a good laugh! 10/10 recommend
