Just wanted to leave feedback on one of your staff at the Leicester Square branch, David.
We had ordered drinks and food via the order at table app and approximately 30 minutes later were still waiting for our starters. David noticed this, asked if he could help, chased our order and when it became apparent it had been lost he then put the order back through, apologised and offered us complimentary drinks while we waited.
David was so helpful and polite and turned what could have been a bad experience into a lovely one. Thank you David

I visited the Southampton branch on Friday with a friend for a meal, had a great meal and great service by Kinga! Lovely evening to end the week!

Sound experience booked room for our party

Worst meal. Poor value for money. All digital to order but couldn’t order through app, just didn’t work.
Waiter brought one meal and had to wait five minutes for the other meal.
Meal was swimming in salty soy sauce.
In the plus side the waiter was friendly.

Very impressed with Ciara, Jasmine, Antonis and the team. We booked our team Christmas lunch at the Moorgate branch which unfortunately had to be rescheduled due to train strikes. The team were helpful, accommodating and very patient, juggling multiple food orders and answering questions about the possibility of rescheduling. The food on the day was delicious and prepared and presented to a very high standard. The team were kind and helpful and all of this made for a very memorable afternoon. I would definitely recommend this venue and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

A family group of three and I visited the All Bar One at Brindley Place in Birmingham. The staff and general atmosphere were warm and welcoming. However, a major disappointment was the temperature of the food we ordered - the fish and chips and the 'Beyond Burger' with fries had to be sent back to the kitchen as all the meals were cold, or unevenly cooked, this happened twice.
Jo, the manager, was not on duty at the time. When notified she resolved the complaint quickly and extremely professionally. The matter was handled superbly and had this not been the case we would not have returned in the future. Fortunately we enjoyed the rest of our evening and will return as it was clear that the poor quality of service by the chef(s) was unacceptable and Jo’s response has restored our confidence in All Bar One, Brindley Place, Birmingham.

From start to finish our visit was amazing! We came for bottomless brunch and they did not disappoint. The food was perfect, drinks were flowing and the service.. well we can't fault it! We were greeted and served by Matt who went above and beyond to make our visit special. Very very happy and looking forward to returning soon!

We visited All Bar One in Marischal Square Aberdeen for a meal. The service and food was both brilliant, it was a perfect experience. Keep up the good work.

Couldn't cook a medium rare steak after 2 attempts. By this time everyone in our party had eaten resulting in one of us leaving without eating. Person who served us was unapologetic. Spoilt what was a lovely morning in town.

The online wine list doesn't show which are by the glass, nor prices. Their feedback form wants too much detail and won't submit without personal jnfo, group size, receipt number blood type....

The table was dirty asked the waiter to clean service was prompt but one of the cups was dirty exchanged didn’t bring all the order the receipt did not come before the order went went an complained and said the would sort it but nothing after ten minutes complained again would not come again terrible service

Went to All Bar One yesterday with my husband and son for a late lunch.

When I placed the food order I explained that my son is Autistic and very particular so could the cheese and ham toasty please only have cheese no ham no chutney not exactly a difficult request right!?

Well his toasty arrived covered in chutney and had half a slice of tomorrow in it, the ham and cheese toasty on the menu has no tomato in it so how was tomato even in the acquisition?

So for those of you that have a Autistic child or know a bit about Autism you’ll know that this situation ended the day out and resulted in a very distressing nights sleep.

I tried to take him to McDonalds for a meal after but he was so distressed and just wanted to get to the car, he is asleep now and has not eaten since breakfast yesterday morning.

Thanks All Bar One……. In future I would suggest you rather turn people away than tell them you can cater for there needs when you clearly can’t!!!!!!

Had a lovely time here for brunch with my best friend. A special thank you to Alistair for making our time here so great!

So we walked in for dinner. A couple of problems:
1 - the breakfast menu is still on the table. It's 6.15 pm
2 - the overhead lights are fused. It's very dark.
3 - the only member of staff to stop by did so after 20 minutes to point out the QR reader on the second page of the menu for self service. This isn't McDonalds!

We promptly left. You can't charge AB1 prices and expect people to take their own orders lol. Will no doubt be closed soon, another covid casualty but due to poor service.

1h waiting for 3 starters and a sandwich. Staff never said a word or apologized for the delay. Very unhappy and unhelpful manager. The food was undercooked or over cooked. The drinks were good and served quickly, the only good thing. Very poor service.
