I could not get any money from the allpay prepaid card. so I phoned a number I had from my local council who helps with the prepaid card. There I spoke to Wendy - well she was a life saver. She did everything to sort out my problem and pay the payee. Yipee and thank you Wendy

Utter useless app ! regularly spend three or four times trying to pay rent.On confirming payment with bank and returning to allpay, the page resets.

The lady who spoke to me is called Luisa, she was so patient, despite my Ethernet being so slow, and it took about an hour to sort out the online set up. She stayed with me till I was able to get it all right. I will give her ten stars if I could.

Allpay, your App is useless. Every time I try to make a payment I confirm payment via my banking app & your app signs me out of my Allpay account before the payment goes through. Payment only works via your website. Why have an App that doesn't work correctly?

After a gruelling 9 months plus of trying to get things sorted for my Mother. Being pushed from pillar to post, and no one being helpful. I was lucky enough to be put through to Zak, who after I explained the situation, took responsibility to sort it out and get the transfer of funds completed within 3 hours. He was understanding, professional, and obviously knew how to resolve issues. A credit to his team and should be recognised for his abilities to resolve issues that others couldn't.
