allpay: I could not get any money from the…

I could not get any money from the allpay prepaid card. so I phoned a number I had from my local council who helps with the prepaid card. There I spoke to Wendy - well she was a life saver. She did everything to sort out my problem and pay the payee. Yipee and thank you Wendy

Utter useless app

Utter useless app ! regularly spend three or four times trying to pay rent.On confirming payment with bank and returning to allpay, the page resets.
This app used to be so good no problems at all, then came the dreaded update! To make it better. Not worked properly since

My Allpay experience.

The lady who spoke to me is called Luisa, she was so patient, despite my Ethernet being so slow, and it took about an hour to sort out the online set up. She stayed with me till I was able to get it all right. I will give her ten stars if I could.

Stopped verifying rent payments recently after a year of no problems, but it is good to read recent reviews with the same issue, but I don't know where the fault is.

App is worse than useless

Allpay, your App is useless. Every time I try to make a payment I confirm payment via my banking app & your app signs me out of my Allpay account before the payment goes through. Payment only works via your website. Why have an App that doesn't work correctly?

Amazing Service from Eve!

After trouble getting confirmation if my direct debits were set up correctly from the third party on the phone. I managed to get through to Eve via the Live Chat. Super fast responses and extremely helpful :)

Couldn't have asked for a better service!!

After a gruelling 9 months plus of…

After a gruelling 9 months plus of trying to get things sorted for my Mother. Being pushed from pillar to post, and no one being helpful. I was lucky enough to be put through to Zak, who after I explained the situation, took responsibility to sort it out and get the transfer of funds completed within 3 hours. He was understanding, professional, and obviously knew how to resolve issues. A credit to his team and should be recognised for his abilities to resolve issues that others couldn't.

DD and Account Enquiry Set Up

I called today unsure how to set something up and my call was answered instantly by a lovely lady called Jackie. She reassured me and helped me through the process and was a great help!
