Nothing but problems with this app since starting using almost 5 years ago... Constant glitches on mobile app/desk top, log in failures, telling me my email, passwords, security questions are wrong when they are not... Automatically cancelling my recurring payments for no reason, no notice or explanation.... Absolute bad joke!! You try to email them and get no response... I can't phone them as I'm speech impaired!!

Numerous times over numerous months on a monthly basis in attempting to pay my rent through this is a joke. Payment fails to proceed after going to my banking app to approve payment yet refreshes itself in failing to process the payment after having approved it through my banking app. Countless times this has been happening, cannot submit a report to highlight the issue direct from the customer support section as that too comes up "error/forbidden" due to an admin issue. Abysmal to say would be an understatement.

absolute garbage of a dumpster company. for 2 years has been unable to connect to bank account on first try to verify payment. always required 2 attempts. and company refused to fix the issue. now the dumpster of a website took my rent money and didn't give me a receipt or confirmation of payment inside the website. thieves and buffoons. 2 years and no improvement and gone backwards.

If only all support departments can be this efficient. Responding to emails and resolving issues in a matter of a few hours (not days, hours)!
Having worked in IT Support for many years myself this high level of service is rarely seen.

Utterly useless payment system I am on average having to go through the payment page at least 4 times per visit via the app. It is awful I would not recommend this system to anyone that doesn’t have time on their hands or a tolerance for incompetence. If my rent wasn’t having to be paid through Allpay I would not use it.

The staff are absolutely amazing! I called a couple of times to get help making a payment and both ladies were super kind, friendly and professional. I called the second time and Liz took my call as I had not received a link to reset my password but she made it so easy, talked me through the entire process and we were able to even make the transfer. Very helpful and polite. Thank you so much and I would recommend their service 100%

The inclusion of chill areas and breakaway spaces exemplifies how seriously the company takes the comfort and mental health of its staff. The campus felt more like a community than a typical workplace, with amenities ranging from restaurants and gyms to serene meeting areas. This thoughtful setup fostered a tranquil yet productive atmosphere that clearly supports high-quality work.
I was particularly struck by the sales department and their ambitious plans to expand into new markets. Speaking with Jonathan, the Commercial Director, along with team members Zuzia and Chloe, provided me with valuable insights into how well the team is cared for and motivated.
Moreover, the collaboration between departments was remarkable. The seamless connection and mutual understanding among different teams were evident, contributing significantly to AllPay's success. Witnessing the company's values—agility, curiosity, collaboration, and integrity—actively demonstrated was inspiring. These principles are not just words on a wall but are lived daily, as reflected by the long tenure of many employees I met.

Additionally, I received a detailed overview of Allpay's history as a fintech organization. Engaging discussions with various departments, including client services and business analysis, were particularly informative. I also had the opportunity to observe the practical aspects of card printing, providing me with a tangible understanding of the process. The guided tour of the facilities, including the Carriages Restaurant, offered a glimpse into the work environment. Notably, a generous gift bag containing vouchers and application guides. The open day was a great way of meeting professionals within the business. It was very well organised and the information provided was valuable. Overall a pleasant experience. I was impressed with how long people have been with the business and also how much they have enjoyed working for the business. Went over and above to help me with an issue that wasn’t even her job or company!
She acknowledged my extended efforts of over 6 months, escalated, supported me, advocated for mum and found mums” missing money” which had been sent back to the other company. She found dates and times as they said wasn’t possible and resulted in mum getting her money back!

I interacted with one of your staff on the 28th March 2024 re issues I had with All Pay internet payments. I spoke to her around 12:05 hours and she kindly assisted with the internet issues. I have a prepay card and went online to open an account. I was doing something wrong and phoned customer services. I spoke to a lovely lady called Jackie who was very helpful and friendly. I could not believe how thick I was being and am so pleased I had Jackie who did not make me feel like an idiot. All sorted and good to go. Well done Allpay.

After a month or so of issues trying to pay my rent to Bernicia Homes using the Allpay app. I finally got this problem sorted out today 22nd February 2024 thanks to a really helpful and very nice member of Allpays customer service support team called Jackie. She talked me though the process of updating my account details with Allpay, so in future my payments would go through with the problems of the last few months. Her knowledge and patience made this amendment and update to my account details, a easy process to follow and resulted in a successful outcome to the issues. Barry Howells.
