Had a problem with what I thought was the allpay app , so I phoned allpay up and the lovely Jackie helped with the problem which turned out not to be allpay but was the Banks fault , Jackie helped with the problem and the problem was solved , I’ve used the allpay app for years and never had a problem with it, it’s easy to use and does what you need it to do, and it turned out in the end that it wasn’t allpays problem after all🤗

I couldn’t get my app to work so called allpay and spoke to a lovely lady named Jackie. She has had a lot of abuse from customers, angry the app is not working and as it turns out , it is NatWest that is the problem. So, please contact your bank and let them know that the payments aren’t going through and hopefully they will fix it. Also, I understand it’s frustrating but don’t take it out on the person at the other end of the phone, it’s not their fault , they are just trying to do their job.

I have been using Allpay for years without any problems until recently. I’ve been paying my rent as usual but I’m always left in limbo worrying about weather the payment has was successful or not.
I can’t risk trying payments again as this could leave me without any money should two payments be taken.
I have to wait for a letter from my housing provider notifying me of rent arrears before I attempt to pay again.

A merchant using Allpay has taken money from my mother’s account. She has no idea what the payment is for or who the merchant is. Allpay will not share the identity of the merchant despite numerous requests. I have sent them copies of lasting power of attorney to show that I have the right to this information but seemingly they cannot open pdf files or word files. IMO Allpay are more than happy to enable scammers.

Nothing but problems with Allpay, cannot pay my rent and it's a battle every single month to get past the verification system. I have tried three seprate browsers on three devices (phone, pc and laptop) and incognito modes but nothing seems to work. Absolutely inexcusable for a service that's sole purpose is to take payments.

Allpay have been messing around with their payment app and have totally broke. No matter how many attempts it simply will not process any payments. They just don't care. Garbage company.

Tried to take money from my elderly mum again. She owns her house and has never heard of this company before and has no debts. They tried this scam last year and got found out. Tried again this month but the bank got to it first. Total scam.
Update- they tried again and the bank blocked it.

For the second month I get “ We are currently experiencing high call volumes; if you make a payment and are unsure whether it was processed, please check your bank statements before making any further payments. payment does not go through as there is a technical error, emails go unanswered. This service is not fit for purpose.

I have tried to find out about whether this company is suitable for our needs - you cant speak to anyone. Everything is via email, they take days to answer and dont provide you with the information you want, unless you submit information that takes huge amounts of time to collate and then they say we are not big enough for their business, but when I look at similar companies of equal size - they are using AllPay. WHATS GOING ON.

I use the allpay app to pay my rent. I first had a problem with it a couple of months ago when it said payment verification had failed, even though it was the same verification I’d used for years. Tried several times over a couple of days with the same result. To top it all my then bank blocked my card for fraud reasons because I’d tried to use it unsuccessfully at allpay too many times!
At the end of April I again kept receiving an error message and my new bank confirmed it wasn’t a problem at their end. I emailed them 2 weeks ago, and despite their automated reply saying they would get back to me within 2 working days, I’m still waiting for a reply. I haven’t even been able to pay through their website this time as I get the same error message.
I do not recommend allpay.

Everything is wrong about this site. My account is locked. They cannot unlock it via email. They provide numbers to call on and I've been on the phone for over an hour and no response.

What has gone wrong with this app. I have been using it for couple years with no problems then they update app and the past few months it hasn't worked. Keeps coming up error. Saying a large volume of calls but even tried it at 5am and still no joy. Think it's getting deleted as it's useless.

Use to pay my Rent through them until things went wrong with their system and I was Blocked, tried to get it sorted with them, they said ring up but as I’m Deaf I do not do Phones and told them, no reply to that, Very Poor Customer Service to which I will NOT be Returning to this Poorly Run Company.

Somthing has gone terribly wrong app or online not working unable to pay rent it's late and I'm now arrears very unhappy just keeps refusing payments. My bank has said no problems their end

Due to a technical error on there website, I ended up paying for 2 months rent the week before Xmas.
I contacted them via email and had no response, needles to say Xmas was ruined due to a lack of money or repsonse from this company
