Fast efficient and very reliable, second time using Alphapack travel, haven’t been disappointed so far

I would recommend Gwen and her team anytime. The support given to me and my daughter was fantastic!

Gwen stayed awake in the night to make sure that I was not stranded in Nigeria.

Bless Aplha packs, I was able to get an open return ticket.

I have never in my life used a travel agent, because what can they do that you can't? Well! I can now see what they do for you.

Alphapack Travel were incredible from the start, finding me flights that fitted my requirements and even exercised a great amount of patience when I found my own flights for comparison - I normally book my own flights and love a good deal you see.

I generally recommend a work/life balance but in this case I appreciated how prompt they were in responding to questions and the speed at which they actioned everything.

I had a problem with return flights (not their fault) and bless them, they stayed up late to make sure they could book the flights first thing Dubai time. Just incredible service. They even made sure to check that we'd arrived home well.

The trip was due to a bereavement and so I appreciated the care and support. I felt like I was in good hands all the way through and it was great to hand-off the flight bookings etc to someone else I trusted to get me the best route and for the best price.

I would highly recommend Gwen and her team. They were phenomenal!

Alphapack offered me excellent services from booking my flights to maintaining my travel schedules as I had numerous cancellations before I even started my travels. Gwen was a star. She made sure my cancelled flights were rescheduled and checked my flights compatibility with Covid regulations. I wouldn't fault Alphapack in any way, instead I would recommend this agency to anyone who wants to travel abroad, especially in these difficult times of Covid.

Great staycation weekend hosted by Alphapack Travel, for Kubatana, Together as One, as we did our fundraising Hike in Yorkshire. It was a very enjoyable trip for everyone. Big thanks to Gwen!

Amazing service by Gwen. She answered my questions promptly. She was available and patient. She also went above and beyond to explain the terms and conditions of travel. She also asked me to take a break overnight to ensure that I was sure I wanted to buy the ticket. Excellent service

Like most people, my flight was cancelled due to Covid-19. What I was most grateful for was the level of communication from the point when I was notified of the cancellation to when my ticket was refunded. A lot of empathy was shown throughout even though the cancellation had nothing to do with Alphapack Travel. Please continue the excellent work looking after your customers.

We booked some flights with Alphapack, the process of booking the flights itself was pleasant.

Unfortunately like many people due to Covid our journey did not go ahead. Gwen was really helpful in helping us to get our refund from the airline. She not only explored all the options available to us but also kept us informed all the way, which was great!

We had also booked separate flights with another agent and unfortunately they have not been anywhere near as helpful as Alphapack in helping us to get the refund.

When we come to booking flights again in the future Alphapack will be the obvious choice.
