I asked Alpkit Bristol if they could repair a couple of bags for me. Laura was really helpful and accommodating, and did the repairs quickly.
Unfortunately, I never got to find out how good the repairs were (although I have every confidence they were excellent) as DPD managed to lose the parcel being sent back to me.
Ash was then super helpful in arranging a refund without any fuss.

I've had a brewkit for many years and I've always thought it was a great piece of kit but then I turned it on without any water in the pot, the powerful flame actually melted a hole in the bottom of the pot! I got in touch with alpkit and Brendan was brilliant, he worked out that it was an older style design but still managed to locate a replacement pot which I bought for a great price. What exceptional service!

The order was placed for a bespoke frame bag, for a bike 67 years old. All new to me, buying a bespoke bag, but Alpkit made it quite easy. I wasn't sure what they meant by the webbing strap being around the bag, but I asked a friend who had a couple of examples to show me. Then it became obvious that was the better option (and as recommended by Alpkit anyway, to be fair). The range of colours was amazing and I produced a bag design which matched the light blue frame, white lug-lining and light brown handlebar tape superbly. The red interior lining gives the bag a very classy look. The bag was so well made that it fitted in the frame and stayed there before I had even put any straps on to hold it in place. I could not be happier with any aspect of the bag, it looks brilliant and is a very neat solution to my old bike problem. They don't guarantee a fast service, but I received my bag within 17days of ordering, and posting the cardboard template they worked from (to produce the bag). They state that 2m of strapping velcro will be supplied, they actually supplied slightly more than that and it worked out perfect for my needs.

Order was delivered to the wrong address. Alpkit customer service made the process of having a replacement sent unnecessarily difficult and time consuming - 3 calls, walking around the neighbourhood looking for a parcel and 2 emails later, we‘ll see if the order ever turns up. Maybe stick to Royal Mail if you want parcels delivered to the right address.

Wanted to pre order something not yet back in stock along with a few other things but mostly the RIG 7 in Kelp colour.
RACHEL was AMAZING in helping out with this. I had to wait until about a month before the restock but I can't thank Rachel enough she was extremely helpful.....now just the wait till I get it and hit the wilderness and some earnt solitude and open air!

Georgina was really helpful, really knew her stuff (I had no technical knowledge) and listened carefully to my biking needs (rather than trying to sell me something). Really patient too whilst I tested bikes and asked her a ton of questions. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

Fantastic company to deal with. Great products and great value but also exceptional customer service. I ordered several products for my wife and I but I screwed up on applying a discount code at the online checkout and realised too late the mistake I made. I immediately contacted the Alpkit customer support team and Brendan fixed the issue straight away. Very responsive and impressive customer focus. I will definitely be using Alpkit again.

Chairs were delayed due to stock issues. Good comms and when I realised the price had reduced in the period I was waiting for delivery, Brendan was happy to refund the difference, no questions asked.

I purchased a bike pack from Alpkit 2 years ago but not been able to use it due to injury until now. I could not work out how to attach it to my saddle so i contacted Alpkit to explain the situation, and without hesitation they identified the issue and have resolved it by sending a new part within 24 hours. Wanted to pen a quick line to say how appreciative I am of the Alpkit support team - genuinely my best experience of customer service for as long as I can remember…. I arranged a return through Alpkit’s Royal Mail collect service which went zinging away with Royal Mail only to be followed up later in the day by a Royal Mail email saying the collection had failed and the return cancelled! Brendan in the customer service team immediately took ownership of the problem rather than sending me back to Royal Mail and sorted the whole thing out with maximum reassurance and no fuss. Not only that but the phone was answered pretty much straight away and Brendan followed up over email in a similarly super-efficient way. If only all customer service experiences were like this!
